DT and Doug don't like the PI.  Rose was beat downfield and grabbed on, looked back for a split second but made no play on the ball.  It's a legit call.  Without that grab it's likely a TD catch if the guy doesn't drop it but he only got a one-handed shot at it from the grab by Rose.
