Stickem Posted August 12, 2022 Report Posted August 12, 2022 looks like we checked out early for the bye week.......piss poor performance considering.....We haven't won anything yet
Super Duper Negatron Posted August 12, 2022 Report Posted August 12, 2022 I can't believe that is how the streak ends, and now we have to sit on that turd for two weeks. rebusrankin, CodyT and sportmentary2012 1 2
Goalie Posted August 12, 2022 Report Posted August 12, 2022 (edited) Since we are cutting guys who **** the bed tonight Stanley Bryant... pack yer **** Geoff Gray... pack yer **** Edited August 12, 2022 by Goalie bearpants and Noeller 2
BigBlueFanatic Posted August 12, 2022 Report Posted August 12, 2022 It’s a mid-season loss after a brutal schedule. They won’t use it as an excuse but it was an obvious factor. Things to fix and they will go back to work after healing up a bit. Couture can’t come back soon enough and Buck needs to figure out how to keep ZC8 in one piece. The defense needs a rest in the worst way. Mark F, BomberD, Goalie and 2 others 5
Goalie Posted August 12, 2022 Report Posted August 12, 2022 1st loss in like a year really and ppl losing their ****. It's sad to see honestly WBBFanWest, MOBomberFan, Noeller and 3 others 2 4
BaconNBigBlue Posted August 12, 2022 Report Posted August 12, 2022 Can’t just blame the kicker. This was a team wide stink up. Goalie and Noeller 1 1

JuranBoldenRules Posted August 12, 2022 Report Posted August 12, 2022 That offside call is even more interesting since the ball isn't exactly on the 1, it's a bit behind. Interesting on rewatch. The yard to give isn't necessarily at the goal line. Noeller, BomberD and BigBlueFanatic 2 1
Goalie Posted August 12, 2022 Report Posted August 12, 2022 I'm ok with the loss. Hopefully teaches them that there are areas needed to be improved. Oline has not been great and the last few weeks we have turned the ball over Lots too. Noeller 1
voodoochylde Posted August 12, 2022 Report Posted August 12, 2022 This loss starts with the offensive line and ends with out kicker shifting the bed. Noeller 1

Yeah it's a meaningless game in the standings but hopefully lots of fodder for improved scheming on offense to grow some consistency, score more points. D just needs to play faster and a bit more focused. Noeller and BigBlueFanatic 1 1
Goalie Posted August 12, 2022 Report Posted August 12, 2022 The D lol 5 guys standing around watching weineke catch the ball. Just yup. Whole team looked off today. I guess I'll blame the jerseys Noeller 1

GCn20 Posted August 12, 2022 Report Posted August 12, 2022 This was the ultimate trap game and the Bombers fell into it. Didn't show up...plain and simple. Guys were thinking about finally getting a bye. No big deal, these things happen and are why undefeated seasons are so rare. 10 straight weeks took it's toll on our team, and we lacked energy tonight. Brutal schedule and a 9-1 record and some are upset tonight? I don't get it.
Noeller Posted August 12, 2022 Report Posted August 12, 2022 Worst OL performance in years. That's my reason for losing the game. Feel for Legs.... He's done more than his share this year. Young kid had a hiccup. rebusrankin, GCJenks and BaconNBigBlue 3

I would agree hes shown improvement and the punting has been good. Seems he collapses the minute theirs pressure on him. I wouldn't feel comfortable kicking in the playoffs Noeller 1

Really needs to figure out some ideas to handle pressure that aren't 4 yard hospital balls to Rasheed Bailey with his back to the defense. If Montreal had a halfway decent QB they'd have a chance to contend. Noeller and BomberD 2

You choke once... he had a chance to make up for that choke and then just went and choked again for good measure. this loss is not solely on Legg's foot- there is a **** ton of player's fingerprints on this loss, most notably the ones across the goal line on that 3rd and goal stand... do or die Posted August 12, 2022 Report Posted August 12, 2022 Tonight, we made the key mistakes down the stretch.....instead of the opposition..... 1-9 is absolutely disgraceful. Wait a minute........need more gin... GCJenks 1
rebusrankin Posted August 12, 2022 Report Posted August 12, 2022 I blame the fans doing the wave while we were driving up 7. Pissed off fate and Collaros fumbled and then the disappointment. Noeller and BomberD 1 1
JohnnyAbonny Posted August 12, 2022 Report Posted August 12, 2022 They were just gassed out. Not surprising it didn’t happen sooner. 9-1 with no Brandon Alexander is remarkable, let alone the other injuries. They’ll kick the **** out of everyone down the stretch, book it. BomberD, Noeller and BaconNBigBlue 2 1
Noeller Posted August 12, 2022 Report Posted August 12, 2022 If you wanna tell the world that you're dim and don't really understand football, you blame Legs, who's kicking 90+% while doing all 3 jobs (and punted and kicked off magnificently tonight). Rare was the time people lauded him for the games we won with his kicks, but as soon as he misses one, people lose their ****. **** off. Just now, JohnnyAbonny said: They were just gassed out.
