Begelton over Schoen is interesting.

But these are the players talking, so tougher to argue than media I guess.

Being as it’s picked by opposition position I kind of think it’s just bitterness of guys who aren’t getting an nfl shot and suspect schoen is one and done.

It just shows that players have as many biases as the media does.

Pretty much...its still a bit of a popularity thing.. and old boys club thing...

Regardless, you'd think that the leading reciever in TDs and yardage would be a top 3 consideration... HE was better than all those mentioned, including Demski.

Also- not one stamps O-line... you know, the ones that were soooo maligned during the accidental CFLPAs.

Yeah...was gonna mention that too...that's interesting for sure

But the leading reciever in the fancy stats...2nd down conversions...avg yds per catch..all the while doing it as a rookie and with under 80 grabs not making it is laughable..but they dont care...they have eye on a diff prize

It says a lot that the media isn’t saying any thing about this either. Bunch of yesmen fanboys with an agenda.

Watch schoen win mop in the grey cup and absolutely go off. Just like Harris in 19.

Players are human and guys they know better get more recognition. And someone like demski I can see opposition players having a ton of respect for because of how versatile he is.

Still top receiver in the league should be an Allstars any time every time.

He doesn't seem to be the kind of guy to need stuff like that. Just seems to be a guy who tries to be his best all the time.

It's clear that the national media covering the CFL sure don't like us. The Stamps having more all stars, Rourke is Canada's superstar, etc. I hope that all this does fire the Bombers up to give the finger to some of those media guys. As well as winning the game.
