Geebrr Posted December 13, 2022 Report Posted December 13, 2022 Calgary and Saskatchewan getting byes before playing us…shocked. Noeller, BigBlueFanatic and Stickem 1 2
Pickle Rick Posted December 13, 2022 Report Posted December 13, 2022 Grey Cup rematch only happening once (in Wpg), yet another missed opportunity by the league/MLSE to sell tickets in Toronto. rebusrankin, Jesse, JCon and 2 others 5

Altho we always play bad in Toronto so maybe I'm fine with it 🤣 Noeller 1

I hate playing in that shopping mall atmosphere. Always seem to lose or barely win. Might be a good thing lol.
rebusrankin Posted December 13, 2022 Report Posted December 13, 2022 I wish we still did a home and home with each team. Goalie, blue_gold_84, Jesse and 5 others 3 5
Noeller Posted December 13, 2022 Report Posted December 13, 2022 Hoping for more cheap flights next summer and be a STH again. Had so much fun his past year. Geebrr, Wanna-B-Fanboy and JCon 3
Mr. Perfect Posted December 13, 2022 Report Posted December 13, 2022 Quite a balanced schedule at first glance. Ready for this team to go absolutely scorched earth across the league. Pickle Rick, rebusrankin, JCon and 8 others 1 1 9
Bomber_fanaddict Posted December 13, 2022 Report Posted December 13, 2022 Looking at Edmontons schedule, they may not have a home win until week 12 (Aug 24th)…..that would be like 10,000 days between home wins. Noeller, BigBlueFanatic and Dr Zaius 1 2
Arnold_Palmer Posted December 13, 2022 Report Posted December 13, 2022 I find it so absurd in a 9 team league we can’t play a home and away against every team. It still gives us the chance to play a third game against two rivals. Ridiculous. BigBlueFanatic, Dr Zaius, Bigblue204 and 5 others 1 7

BomberBall Posted December 13, 2022 Report Posted December 13, 2022 Don’t exactly love having 3 Thursday’s in a row. Two at home. Geebrr and Bubba Zanetti 1 1
Jpan85 Posted December 13, 2022 Report Posted December 13, 2022 I don't mind Thursday's. I end up taking the Friday after the game off of work. It's nice since it does not get in the way with any weekend plans. Noeller and Goalie 1 1
Eternal optimist Posted December 13, 2022 Report Posted December 13, 2022 Too many Thursday games. My work is fine with taking the following day off, but will be rough for the Mrs.... I understand why they have the Thursday night games, but it makes it hard for her to enjoy them knowing she's gonna have to drag her ass in the next day. Bubba Zanetti 1
bigg jay Posted December 13, 2022 Report Posted December 13, 2022 I don't mind Thursday games and my wife loves them since it keeps the weekend free. Not going to please everyone regardless of what they do. Bigblue204, Noeller, coach17 and 1 other 4

Pete Catan's Ghost Posted December 13, 2022 Report Posted December 13, 2022 July 1 at Percival Molson. It’s a wicked good time if you can pull it off. johnzo 1
Noeller Posted December 13, 2022 Report Posted December 13, 2022 couple things... -I think the Bombers specifically ask for Thursday games in the summer. They love as many home games as possible in the summer. Best atmosphere in the league, bar none, is IGF in the summer. Few places I'd rather be. And the Thursday nighters have done well for them, I think, because it's before people head off to the cottage. -As has been mentioned, I've got no problems with as few eastern games as possible, because we always seem to **** our pants while out east. No idea why, but I'd rather only play them at our house and then play as many West games as possible.
Noeller Posted December 13, 2022 Report Posted December 13, 2022 Interesting tidbit.... rebusrankin, blue_gold_84 and Wideleft 3

GCJenks Posted December 13, 2022 Report Posted December 13, 2022 Overall I like this schedule. One home game looks like I need to miss but no home games while I hope to be away in August. Montreal road game on July 1st is exciting, already sent the wife a note on that one. I wish the game in BC was any Friday but the one before Thanksgiving, might still try and make that one work as I could travel home Saturday and not mess with family dinners. Hmm...
