And that locker room is such a dumpster fire no one wants that. Except that the GM is also a lame duck, so the new GM will start from scratch next year anyway. With no QB, and a shitty OL, the only OC they're going to get is a new candidate like their RB coach who has nothing to lose. wbbfan and Bigblue204 2
Noeller Posted December 3, 2022 Author Report Posted December 3, 2022 On paper, things really looking up for the RBs. If they have a good FA and draft, things could turn around. Gonna be tough for anyone to pry Mauldin out of there now, I'd reckon... Tracker, SpeedFlex27, wbbfan and 1 other 3 1

Well..So far Jeffrey is the only one who hasn't given a hard no to the Riders, so like you say..OC by default. In fact that is how I will refer to him. Default Jeffery..or DJ for short.
Geebrr Posted December 3, 2022 Report Posted December 3, 2022 So who is Hamilton going to grab at DC? Their D was legit - just on the field all game. Noeller 1

It was the offense that was putrid. They couldn't get first downs, maintain drives & score. Tracker 1

Bomber_fanaddict Posted December 3, 2022 Report Posted December 3, 2022 Fun fact, Khari Jones has now had a player or a coaching role with every team except Toronto. Taking the Kevin Glenn approach! wbbfan 1

GCJenks Posted December 3, 2022 Report Posted December 3, 2022 I expect Coach Dyce to be creating a culture first organization. I expect he’ll try and bring FIFO to the room and I doubt that fit Benevide’s style. wbbfan 1

GCn20 Posted December 4, 2022 Report Posted December 4, 2022 Probably just a matter of Dyce feeling that Miles will be a better fit with him and his coaching team..not necessarily a better coach. GCJenks 1

I first met Bob over 30 years ago, that’s who he was then and from everything thing I know about him, still who he is. My concern is that they will need to be patient, much like MOS arrived here. They will need some time to assemble all the pieces on the field, not sure it can be done in one or even 2 off seasons.

Fatty Liver Posted December 5, 2022 Report Posted December 5, 2022 Wilder released by the Elks. “9 months ago I signed as one of the highest paid RBs in the game coming off a MVP season. This season I broke my neck and was told I need spinal surgery to play. Now (the Edmonton Elks) have no interest no more and I was told that I’m being released with the neck injury and all!
