And it wasn't like it was a bang bang play ie Helle's mask comes off, puck instantly goes to shooter, score.

There should be a video of CC people discussing the challenge for all to see after the fact on weird decisions they make for all to see just for continuous improvement reasons of course.

Worst reffing ever 

From the goal that counted to the one they originally counted that hit the mesh above the glass, those refs were definitely betting on that game. The problem with promoting gambling here

Apparently, that’s the rule.  Unreal.  Why does a scoring opportunity take precedent over a goalies safety??!!  He’s supposed to stand in there and take shots through traffic with no mask on??

Even if that's the rule - the puck was behind the net - when his helmet came off.
