Remnants of the Chicago game... Jets look sleepy at times.  Grubauer is keeping the Kraken in it.  Really good game overall.  Jets starting to find their form.

Annnnnnd bad penalty by Dubois... Leads to a goal for Seattle.   No puck luck.

Solid playoff style game.

Ritter played well

Both netminders were dynamite last night, Rittich in particular considering he got the start because Hellebuyck was dealing with an illness.

Nice to Morrissey make franchise history last night as his stellar season continues.

Jets need to go for it this year. They can hang with everyone In the west except Vegas really. Go 4 it Chevy. Go get the big fish or shark I suppose and go get a sandpaper player or 2 for the bottom 6 or even D man.

My guess is his idea of going for it probably doesn't align with how we see the Jets going for it. 🙂

We should have a Jet emoticon like we do with the Bombers to reply to messages.

Rittich absolutely played brilliant last night.  It seems like he's getting a bit better with every start.

Definitely looks confident in between the pipes, stood up like a boss in the shoot out, didn't flinch.

Or Bowness is just rewarding Rittich for his solid play two nights ago while giving Hellebuyck another day to rest. FWIW, Hellebuyck was on the ice earlier today.

Maybe, but with back-to-backs in Jersey and MSG Sunday-Monday Rittich was getting action soon anyway. But Helle didn’t get an all-star layoff like the rest of the team, and it’s Columbus, so not the worst spot to give Dave another start.

He made some brilliant saves there.  Tempting Eberle with a little opening in his five hole while sliding across - then slamming it shut
