Not sure how O’day signs a new contract, if he was on an expiring contract they should have just let him move on and away they go with a fresh start without an additional salary cap hit. If he had a year left and they extended further, they are dumber that what I flush down the toilet…

I can't believe O'Day kept his job. Are they getting their advice from Ballsy and MBB? What a clown show.

Prevents them from attracting someone like Milanovich who could come in as a GM/HC and shake the organization up.  They need a Jones style makeover at this point.

SHOCKING NEWS..........the riders actually fired Dickiebird and what's more shocking they kept the author of their tremendous flop of a season(s).....They fired the head coach without reallyy saying as much, by quipping that 'he just won't be back'    LOL   Kind of a schmoozie way of coming right out and saying 'you're FIRED'....The saga will continue with O'Daisey firmly planted in the gm chair....They don't catch on very quick in those rider parts, when it was obvious that they should have cleaned house like last year...Nothing like starting off next season in the hole management wise...Some never learn

How many OC's refused their job offer last season?  Nothing much has changed.

All of them. A very coherent argument can be made that they never did hire one. Jefferies has the role. but he was in way over his head.

Probably going to be a hard sell there.....So I guess all of this means that Walters is off of their radar  LOL

Scape goat the hc to save your job classic.

Why are garbage bins always green? So rider fans know where to change their watermelon hats for bags.

bigger question is do they tie the can to Shivers as well.....less than stellar results and inability to make crucial adjustments

Doubt you'd do that until you've interviewed HC prospects to see who they would want in the DC role.
