It will be interesting what teams do to counter the extra protection. If they compromise their downfield coverage too much, ZC & Co. will make them pay dearly.

and u can bet teams saw what we did...and will mimic it against the Lions now...they could start reeling....mind you...not many teams have an Eli and Dobson to mix into the best oline in the league...heck someteams dont have 2 starting lineman that are likely better than our 2 backups

IF - they have receivers who can get open - when the full group of receivers is not on the field.

Also have to think there aren’t really any other qb’s currently in the league that can rain down dimes like Zach.

In post game, Bighill explained his Bighit (on the penalty play) caused a shy receiver to drop a sure catch later in the game.
If I recollect correctly in the first half, #4 whacked/nailed/punished B.C. #17 to cause the qb to immediately favour his left torso area. Turns out, before the half #17 had to make a visit to the locker room  before the rest of his squad. He never returned. Biggies hits were tenacious.
B.C. now has a serious qb issue.

Evans was on the sideline in street clothes in the second half yukking it up with team mates even though his team was getting creamed - reminded me a bit of that time we were getting smoked in Saskatchewan and Elliot and Brink were joshing it up, kind of rubbed me the wrong way as I assume it would have rubbed Lions fans the wrong way.

1- Collaros, you know this wasn't a nothing game to him

2- Lawler, best game of any receiver this year, guy is worth every penny.

3-Willy, Houston and that entire D, big hits, big ints,  kept Evans to merely nothing.

HH- coaches game plan. Minus some roster management, their game plan was near flawless and put everyone in tremendous positions to succeed.

Watching him being escorted to the locker room before the half in obvious pain had me yucking it up, because, B.C. SUCKS!

Has Evans ever played the Bombers and not ended up in obvious pain by the end of the game?

How could this be?? Wasnt he PFF's highest rated QB in July??? I dont understand......

Sometimes, the Bombers inflict pain on Evans that we can't see.

The constant shots of their DC pissed off on the sideline might have been the highlight of the night for me...

Same with the stunned look of Betts and his buddies on the dline

Tried looking for the games stats (thanks CFL) and can find Betts credited with 1 tackle last night, can’t find the break downs on penalties. Was it 3 or only 2 offsides that he took?
