Absolutely moronic play call by Hall under the circumstances. Poorly executed by the corner as well, when that is the call. Don't overpursue. Stop, get in proper form and just make the tackle at the 40(ish) and allow a gain of 2 or 3 instead of a house call.

Dru Brown played a lot like ZC with young legs. Always on the attack. Talked about how ZC coached him to trust the receivers to get open even if they don't appear to be. Love to see it.

He definitely trusted his receivers.  He was aggressive and took shots down the field.  And the receivers made plays for him…. It was a beautiful thing.

There’s no corner I’ve ever seen play that I would trust to make that tackle in the wide-open field.

That was a bust from pre-snap.  Hall took the bait.  Edmonton had run almost every play in the second half to that point with a stacked up group between the tackles hoping the Bombers would stack everyone inside or on the line to run that exact screen out wide.

Just watched the recap again. That late hit on Bailey was worse than the one on Zach, IMO, and it is shocking that wasn't flagged.

Also, given the big plays against vs. the run to that point, the Moore TD might be the single worst defensive play call of the year.
