I stand by my statement that Edmonton is a 2 trick pony.  Leon and Connor.  

Jets are the better rounded team, but Edmonton can be very explosive.

Once again, the officiating is atrocious.  Oilers setting picks all night, then a blatant hit job on JMo and nothing.  Just pathetic.

Hyman ran a pick when Morrissey was shadowing McDavid and caught him with a shoulder to the sternum on a blind side hit, knocked him flat on his back. And it was a targeted hit more than just “he ran into me not watching”. Was down for a few seconds. Did another shift before going to the quiet room on concussion protocol (best guess), but he is back now.

3 losses in a row.  Helle lapse in judgment the difference

Jets were just a little too cautious in the third. Didn’t really push anything for the last 15 minutes of the period. It almost worked, but a weak goal given up by Hellebuyck flipped the script, and you just knew a late penalty was coming.

Unfortunately they relied on Hellebuyck a little too much... And he made one gaffe.  The ice was already tilted in Edmonton's favor the entire third.  

There were at least three holding the stick calls today made but somehow they missed the pick on Morrissey.

They better group up for Chicago on Saturday.
