He sent me a photo that I still have up on the shelf. I've also followed him all this time and am shocked to here this news.

I've always been a fan.

Wasn't a world beater talent wise but he played hard every down he was in. Those are the type of players I can respect.

Yeah and incredibly smart player. 
 
Soo damned sad, it’s always hard when guys health suffer in retirement, but his life should’ve just been getting good. Such young kids too
