QBs signed.

Josh Johnson released.  About time they moved on from him. Thought he would get a chance to hang on the PR but oh well.

I could see Johnson being brought back to camp next year. Such a waste.

Doesn’t show on the transactions page yet but glad it’s all finally done.
Also glad they didn’t cut some one valuable.

Are you complaining about a scenario you made up?

Woli to six game. They actually brought back QB Darren Grainger who was signed in camp but was released a week later.

Woli? Nooooo!

Grainger? Oh, I'm happy about that.

Is that two trips to the 6 game for Woli and 3 for Bighill?

3 separate stints on the 6-game (with games played between) for Bighill must be some kind of record

Penny Hart WR who has bounced around NFL since 2019 and Brandon Wright DE from Michigan State started his career in College as RB moved to DL seems like he would be real athletic.

Grainger has incredible dynamic talent and upside. Needs lots of polishing, but well worth the look.
Sucks about woli, thankfully we got Mr automatic in clercius.

BRANDON WRIGHT (Defensive End)

POSITIVES: Brandon is a 6'1, 250-pound defensive end who runs 4.74 in the 40-yard dash and put up 19 reps with 225 pounds. He was rated as the No.1 RB in Ohio in high school. He played in 42 career games with the Spartans and started six career games at defensive end. He had 44 career tackles, six tackles for loss, 5.5 sacks, and two forced fumbles.

NEEDS TO IMPROVE: Unfortunately, Wright does not have as much length as an average DE, and he has battled injuries that have limited his ability to get onto the field.

I would be SHOCKED if Osh elevated anyone over Wilson. He'll be QB2 and short yardage unless he absolutely fucks the dog and starts fumbling and stuff. They'll always go with th in house guy that's been here all year.

Nah.  They know Wilson isn't viable this season.  That's why 2 29 year olds with significant pro game experience are here.

hart is also a kr. Dandy has great run jump athleticism. Alleged 4.38 40 time, pro day numbers weren’t as good but still very strong.

Dandy did five events at the pro day at Northwestern: the 40-yard dash (4.48 seconds), the 3-cone drill (6.87 seconds), the 5-10-5 shuttle (4.19 seconds), the vertical jump (39 inches) and the broad jump (10 feet, 7 inches).

So they kept Johnson on all yr...invest that time and roster use with him...then cut him...yet keep useless Mitchell whom obviously they must have thought less of..as Johnson was on roster....yeah...that's quality asset management there

Hopefully we see a couple other guys cut soon too. We’ve been screwing around with pr development for soo long now hopefully we’re done atleast for the year.

Hart must be pretty athletic to last around the nfl that long being only 5’8
