The rules are extremely clear on Unnecessary Roughness. QB has at least two refs watching him at all times. Either way, that's a hit that should easily be a flag and likely a misconduct foul as well. You let those hits slide and why should anyone care about taking that risk swinging at guys like that? I know he's thinking that the ball is there but you can't be that reckless. How Morgan can pull those hits and not get a single flag is just absolute insanity. If I'm seriously injured and they can't even throw a flag I'd be suing the league. There's rules around contact in this sport in the interests of player safety. If they don't apply them they are liable. Can't arm tackle above shoulders, can't hit head or neck. That single hit covered a quarter of UR clauses. Then spears a QB in facemask.
