Als continuing to show they are legit. Redblacks had a good D - added a legit QB & improved their OL. Argos not that great - seems their recruitment is not as good as years previous Piggy 1 1
Fatty Liver Posted August 26 Report Posted August 26 U of M grad Gavin Cobb returns punts and kicks the way Cody Case was supposed to, coming off his ELC he'd look great in blue. Tracker and Bigblue204 2

Goalie Posted August 26 Report Posted August 26 (edited) Elks appear to be a good football team. Turns out Jones knows talent just not how to wear every hat. Als tho particularly Faj didn’t look awful. Elks have talent. Edited August 26 by Goalie wpgallday1960 and Bigblue204 2
SpeedFlex27 Posted August 26 Report Posted August 26 Fajardo looked very, very good tonight. There are a lot of haters on this board but he is playing at a level I have never seen. johnzo, Mark H. and coach17 3

Most were right on target hitting his receivers in stride. CoFaj put on quite a show. He made his receivers look good by putting the balls right on the money. Sure, there were throws that the receivers had to adjust to but if Collaros was throwing like that we'd all be singing his praises as a qb. Then there were times he scrambled & made positive yards with his legs. He isn't the same qb who got run out of town on a rail by Rider Nation. I don’t care for having to say it, as I’ll never be a fan, but Cody Fajardo is the best quarterback in the league right now, by a lot. He’s hitting receivers in stride, dimes all over the field. A good OL has done wonders, but yes he’s a far more complete QB than he was with the Riders. 10 hours ago, HardCoreBlue said: So weird seeing the west like this. 1999 was the last time the east was better iirc. I agree, looking at those standings is a strange visual.
