1 Sergio. 76.8 yard average kick off with a 99 yard single 2/2 with a 56 yard fg.

2 the sts guys get some love with a spot for once. Cadwallader, Kelly, Ayers, grimes all great in cover, schmeckle blocking on heavy set and kicks, and clercius rushing kicks.

3 tony jones had a good game on teams and D

hh hallett getting the td on teams

awe that’s dirty the shot on zach

Even though he only played a half. I would still give Collaros one of the three stars of the game. He was moving the ball around with ease. Offense absolutely dried up once he left the game.

He was close for me, the pick was scary though and wanted to credit the blood n guts guys who won in the clutch.

1. Collaros - i think we win by multiple scores of he doesnt get taken out.

2. Nichols - Dude is just plain good.

3. Castillo - Money on FGs and the rouge ended up mattering in the end.

HH - Hallett, right place, right time, but still had to get off his block to make a play.

Also... hilarious that the Riders were at home and gave us the wind in the 4th after winning the toss. lmfao do you know your own province you asshats

Mace...is not a good HC right now...he's msfe a few dumb decisions that have cost them...looks good on the Riders tho...

1. Castillo- There’s a case for him as our MOP this year.

2. Collaros- Can’t say the same as above, but it was his best half of the season before the dirty hit.

3. Teams (besides the punter)- What a difference Miller has made.

HH- Lapo. How refreshing was it to hear football analysis between plays?

Awe that’s dirty- The hit on Collaros.

Murray Clarke Award- The PI at the end. Just a blatant attempt to give the Riders another shot on Labour Day.

I swear sometimes CFL officials are mandated to manufacture drama at the end of close games.

1. Castillo with the winning points by FG and kickoff single.

2. Wolitarsky with some clutch catches.

3. Collaros with a solid half a side from one poor interception

HH. The wind on the final play.

Awe douchebag award is obviously the cheap shot on Zach

Amateur hour yet again -- CFL officiating

The Riders won the coin toss and deferred.

Good thing the Bombers were up a fair bit at the half. As a result, the Riders took the ball in the 3rd instead of the wind in the fourth.

Someone needs to explain to me how a rider player running into a dB is pass interference.

If you get an answer let me know. so obvious they weren't running a route. TSN isn't even showing the penalty on highlights cause it's so embarrassing.

The play had hardly finished and they were running on field pointing at it....and then the flag came out...totally orchestrated play...and totally bush call....that's a reason they changed the challenge system as well a few yrs back as teams...most notable stamps were abusing that..and where did dumb dumb Mace.come from? That staff

Oh well after next week 4rh will.look pretty good on them

1.  Zach.

I’ve been really critical of his play this season (it’s been warranted) but through one half of play he put the team in a position to win.  Without him performing for the first 30 minutes, we don’t get the W.

2.  Sergio.

The dude has been pretty spectacular this season and I’ll be shocked if he isn’t our nom for special teams player of the year (if only by default).

3. Tony Jones.

Two great plays in the final minutes of the game (the tip as he’s dropping into his zone and the knockdown in the end zone).  He’s been the low key great addition to the defence and he continues to get better.

HH - Hallett.  He gave up a couple plays while on D but he’s always been a very capable special teams guy and was able to capitalize on the muffed kick.  Great job on ST getting us a much needed score.

Random Thoughts:

Saskatchewan did to Strev what I thought they’d do all game - eliminate Brady and force him to throw underneath.  Zach had success because he was able to attack the seams.  We ALLOWED him to attack the seams.

I’m so disappointed in how they game plan when Streveler is in the game.  From the opening whistle this season it has just felt like they have no real plan for him.  They’ve never disguised their intent when he’s in the game, have never given him an opportunity to run the offence and Buck seems incapable of tailoring the passing game to his strengths.  The irony of that, considering the QB Buck was, is insane.

Back to back years Zach takes an unnecessary shot in Regina.  Second time this year Zach takes a late hit which knocks him out.  Why is it that we suffer both from an injury standpoint and when the CFL tries to “reinforce protecting the QB?” (ie. get flagged for really marginal calls)

I think the approach vs Harris last night was wrong.  I get what Younger is trying to do pre-snap and dropping guys into coverage but if there was ever a game that screamed for attacking, pressure, knocking someone around and getting a guy off his spot it was last night.  Maybe the Banjo Bowl?

Our return game sucks.  Blocking is a big issue and Grant made that unit look far better than what they are.

Our cover team has been lights out this season. Ayers is such a physical presence continues to make plays game in game out.

To the Winnipeg fan involved in the dust up during the game - you’re an idiot. I don’t know what precipitated the fight, I don’t care that you were pushed .. what makes you think it’s going to end well if you throw a punch?  You’re in another teams stadium, surrounded by their fans and get aggressive?  All you accomplished was getting another Bomber fan (who was trying to break things up) worn out.  There are chuckle-f@cks everywhere, there’s no need to engage with them - be better.

Woke up today happy as hell that we won and pissed about how we did it. All is right with my world.

No, I don't think our coaches are actually stupid, but they need to do better. Full stop.

No one has said that the coaches are "rocket surgeons" but I'll take our rocket surgeons over all the other ones in the league.

Did we not have a challenge on that pi call cause we burned our.timeout before the 2 point attempt? I don't recall us using the challenge and losing in the game...was the timeout to.kinda try and ice Harris or did we switch up our personell?

Zack.....the first half was the real Collaros

Sergio......he's a kicking machine......right down the middle

Special teams in general ....looking better all the time and what a great heads-up by Hallet on the td

yeah good question....we hardly got a look at that one ...and I thought that 'the centre for the blind' in TO were supposed to review those calls automatically in the last few minutes of a game

To me on the replay looked like contact was before pass was thrown and should of been illegal contact

And also what happened to flagging a guy for throw the flag mimicking?? The reciever was doing it immediately after contact...another cue to how that was intentional play

Yeah....the all seeing eye is very selective as to when they want to impact a game...it's embarrassing for the league
