He's lost the job to every other American LB they've brought in and/or kept coming out of camp since he's been here. In one with a traditional read the eyes, read the ball type safety maybe. Even then he's not making any plays downhill from a weakside LB. We've seen Griffin, Jones and Ayers all be pretty solid thumpers from that spot. Wilson and Cole have been awful when in there this season.
