It's Intercept Cancer night. I don't know any families that have not been affected in some way by cancer. F*** Cancer!

3 keys to the game

1 keep zach clean. If we can keep the pass pro at the level we’ve seen since big Stan came back, the O will be in a great grove today and in the play offs.

2 secondary is primary. If our secondary keeps doing what it does, Toronto is in for a long day.

3 stay healthy. The biggest victory between now and the west final is just not getting hurt.

players to watch

Garbutt. Had a monster game last week, might finally be putting it together.

kelly, and not the chad. His first start at S. He can run and he’s flashed some nice plays on teams. Could be a big part of our future if he seizes the opportunity.

cole. Ayers passed him in progress when Cole was hurt, and griffin has dominated the coverage wil sub in that time too. This is a big opportunity for Cole to re assert him self as a key piece for us.

notree. Likely mostly playing teams, but he’s got a lot of what we need. And a lot of guys here won their spots on teams play.

weitz. The way the roster is breaking down going towards the play offs that last spot is going to be a battle with a bunch of guys healthy. If he wants to keep a 7th ol type off he needs to start showing some thing.

big kev. He’s slowly built a strong rapport with zach and provided him a steady pressure release. The last couple weeks though zachs shown a willingness to throw him balls in tight spots knowing he will come up with the catch. I keep saying it and I’ll continue to, he’s set up and due for a big game.

Don't think Zach's going to roll freely with 9 D-linemen with significant names rotating in his face all game long, if they win it's likely to be a low-scoring gritty affair relying heavily on Sergio to bring his salsa.   They may get lucky if Kelly hands them a few timely turnovers along the way.
