Why does it matter how many of his tackles were catching the ball carrier from behind? Adams is a solid contributor on a D line that needs his skill set. Do you not think he should be in the lineup? Maybe, but there's not much of a drop-off if he's not. We didn't get pressure all year, even with Adams in. So, why the hyperventilating each week? Noeller and bb1 2

Need to make that O one dimensional. 6 DL isn't gonna cut it imo. Saying that....I've been wrong about most of my worries pretty well all season so why stop now!!!! blue85gold 1

blue85gold Posted November 8 Report Posted November 8 Getting pressure on Harris is tough at the best of times because he gets the ball out so quick. We had what we thought was the best Dline rostered last game against Mtl and they didn't generate any pressure it is all moot. Agree with a few posters above that my biggest worry with the Dline is against the run. They have been susceptible to big runs all year and Armstead is dangerous. Oulette hasn't been great this year but can explode at times. (Nightmare flashbacks to the 2003 playoffs and Kenton Keith) captaincanuck12, Piggy 1 and rebusrankin 2 1

Our D line is weaker without him and we’re only dressing 6. And one of them is Thomas. That’s a problem. rebusrankin, BigBlueFanatic, Bigblue204 and 1 other 4

captaincanuck12 Posted November 8 Report Posted November 8 Well at this point its pointless to argue who's stats are better and who should be on or off the field. Not a Thomas fan at all and really hope he is limited in reps. Bottom line is that these boys better be ready to play and make a statement in our barn. Get the W and make it 5 straight cup appearances. Pepper_Brooks and Bigblue204 2

At least we can all agree here on MBB when everything is all said and done about our team's (Coach, Players etc) flaws is that the Riders will for ever and ever suck, amen. Booch Posted November 8 Report Posted November 8 it's not so much who is better than who...tho Thomas is by far our worst dlineman...Schmeck right with him...It's more a matter of we are dressing only 6....2 of whom are sub par at best. Playoff football....more conducive for running....and where we are playing a QB who thrives with time in pocket, and if he can get a run game going with it....lord help us.....and we roster arguably our weakest dline rotation of the yr...by far. I just dont see the logic...reasoning....or decision behind it Zach Schnitzer 1

bustamente Posted November 8 Report Posted November 8 If the Bombers plan is to rush 3 with some kind of blitz packages we may have some major problems, yes we have a pretty good group of db's but they can't cover forever. Noeller and Super Duper Negatron 2
rebusrankin Posted November 8 Report Posted November 8 6 DL with 2 being subpar is frustrating. Walters needs to not bring some guys back next year to save MOS from his worst tendencies. BigBlueFanatic 1

Yup DB's can't cover for ever. Best case scenario is maybe we hear 'coverage sack'. I'll take that. Noeller 1
