Did the Rider curse themselves by winning the 2007 Grey Cup . Since then they are 0-4 vs the Bombers in the Playoffs.

Speaking of the 2007 Grey Cup , I feel like this is coming full circle. The Argos lost their starting quarterback in the East Final, and Dimwittie is their coach. I think we get a taste of redemption and some justice for the 2007 bullshit.

Ouelette had 24 rushes for 120 yards... But two of those went for 26 and 30 yards. Take those away and his two 1 yd TDs and you are looking at 20 rushes that went 62 yards.

If you are sitting at 3 ypc for the majority of your rushes you are gonna have a tough time

What games are you referring to?

AJO had 10 rushes for 51 yards yesterday.

And for the yr...he was just over 4 yards a carry...and definitely not a straw that stirred any drinks in any game

Money well spent for a guy who brings a toy hammer to pose with and a box of Clairol hair dye

I have not seen since moving to this stadium, Upper deck, East side, several of the Beer stands ran out of beer, except some blue berry thing. Just switched to hard liquor.

I don't drink beer at sporting events. I don't want to be standing in line all game which for me, would happen. Consequently, I remember every game I go to. I went to 2 games last year. One this season.

Sk #29, Armstead I think, got off the field and bolted for the dressing room as soon as the end of game sounded. So did some other player. No post game pleasantries with the opponent. Other rider players either congratulated Blue players, doing the post game meet and a handful met their fans at the South East wall.
is 29 the head case that was tossed off the Red Blacks team?

I gave him the finger back. Also yelled to **** ***. But I was in the upper deck, so guessing he didn’t hear or see me. I sure told him!

You gotta go in with a game plan. I load up on beers before the game starts. Cheaper price, shorter lines.

I cant blame mueller to much, going in a lot of us felt the game plan should be to use Ouelette and Armstead and establish a strong run game.Instead it seemed to take Harris out of his rhythm .

This is one of the few games we've game planned for an opponent rather than doing what we always do. kudos to Younger.

How he rotated in Wilson and Taylor was very good as weil. They should be morey ready for next sunday

Maybe a question a reporter can pose while they clean out their lockers tomorrow. :)

Buck needs to come up with a master class game plan like he did this week. If he does that this game is over at half time. No weather factor to worry about this will all come down to game plan and execution. No way that Arbuckle puts up a ton of points on this defence. We can be methodical and just execute well for an easy win.

Rider fans will say that's what we thought but the difference is our defence is the legit best in the league not overhyped like theirs.

What did Sask do to try to establish the run?

They didn't.  Armstead played a half dozen snaps.  Ouellette had more than half his yards on one carry.

Sask tried to have Harris go toe-to-toe with Collaros.  Which hasn't worked for them since they traded him away.

I'd say our D has done a great job week by week of having the right coverage mix for every opponent.  Team we struggled with the most was Montreal.

Pass rush is non-existent from our DL, that's for sure.  But the secondary has been clean almost all year.

Agreed...he needs to expand a bit more on what he did last week...and we should be ok

ZC the last 5..6 weeks now has seemed a bit different...different in the good sense...like circa 2021 different

I also don't think Arbuckle is gonna be able to read and decipher the looks he is gonna see fast enough..especially if younger continues to rotate different guys into same role in certain schemes..will give arbuckle multiple things to try and consider and he will be making errors

Feeling quite confident regardless who we dress

Our secondary has been phenomenal this year but not too many teams win consistently with a run first approach.

Yup...and that's where game was won...Mace git out coached...they should have committed and stuck to the 2 back run game if they looked at our lineup...but thy didn't.. and it cost them...Our offence also came to play which was key and put them down 2 scores early which almost forced them not to run too...was a perfect storm for us..well done!
