Yeah the refs were basically trying to call nothing in that game.  Even No Yards.

I don’t mind that on all the soft infractions but just make sure you’re consistent which they were for the most part.

Yeah If anything the only really  questionable call by the refs went against us, the Intentional Grounding.

I thought the non no yards call which would have been of the 15 yard variety was the most questionable.

I remember Doug Berry got called for a delay of game penalty in the 2007 Cup.

Was it because he didn't have any challenges left or tried to challenge something that wasn't challengable?

He tried to challenge the result of Kent Austin's successful challenge.

It's good to see you act like this towards every organization and not just the bombers. Was worried you might have some bias.

I can be critical and still be a fan..my critical comments are not unfounded.

Can you challenge for a no yards call if it wasn’t called? If one thing I would be critical of MOS and his crew is their use or lack of use of challenge flags.

Yes

Since we've spent on Collaros and the playmakers on O the winning strategy for us is score early and often.  Like the West Final, get out early and let the other team try to chase.

That's the winning formula for this game too.  Toronto doesn't want to play a race to 35 points.  They want a race to 20.

We need to score points and our D can't give up big plays.  We're not going to find a pass rush in the next 7 days but it sure would be nice if someone like Jefferson can at least be a pain in the ass to play against again.  Turn the clock back to 2021 for a day.

I thought Willie had a great game yesterday. Didn’t he have 2 knockdowns and one was almost recovered? And he had lots of pressure on Zach. But yeah if he can find that extra gear for this last game, man that would be huge.

You mean Harris, I assume.

Agreed. The key to us scoring will be our OL vs their DL..or scheme that makes up for the advantage they have in that match up. It's my one area of concern outside of execution.

He had a couple knockdowns when the game was basically over.  KSB was fiercely **** talking him in the entire game and you'd think he'd get fired up at some point.

WJ was fine...the riders trying to scheme him out allowed other guys to have success...and he had a couple key knock downns

Sure. Thing is, he’s one of the highest paid defenders in the league. When you’re making 200k+ a year you need to do better against frankly terrible tackles with a good game plan.
I know holding on the offense along with no yards is no longer a penalty in reality. And that’s lead to a ton more clutching and grabbing. But a guy like that still has to fight through.

Willie played just fine. He moved the pocket often. Forced AJ back inside a few times. Had TIMELY knockdowns as well.

I thought I saw someone mentioned on here that a Rider had flipped the bird.

Here you go.....

Change the coach, same garbage. Just pieces of s**t through and through. Just like their fans. Perfect for each-other.

So CJOB had Jamie Nye on their pre game. Guy is a tool. Whined about how Milligan should have been West MOP, whined about the wind getting us the West Final. He can suck it.

He’s a Rider Homer and Bomber hater to the core. He does his weekly predictor on cfl.ca and years back he picked against the Bombers every single week. He’s a clown shoe in a backwards green thong.

Should send them some Bomber jerseys to wear. I could not believe the unearned and over the top cockiness of their players and fans leading up to the game. Makes it that much sweeter. Never change asshats.

I expect their fanbase to have an abnormal of non-reality based confidence, no surprise.

The Rider players and media though, Christ almighty.
I don’t remember an underdog team saying so many stupid things in the media before a playoff game.
Trevor Harris publicly buying his parents plane tickets to the GC and Mr. November AJ Ouelette being 2 examples.

They were a slightly above average team that got lucky with a boatload of turnovers, kind of like the 2016 Bombers minus an actual All-star RB.

To be fair the fans in that endzone are really brutal.  I know because my nephew is in that crew and they give it hard to the opposing players every game when they go in and out of that tunnel lol!  Some pretty classic chirping going on.
