captaincanuck12 Posted Tuesday at 01:00 AM Report Posted Tuesday at 01:00 AM Well it's 48 hours since we ended another Rider season. As satisfying as it is, let's no longer talk about them. It's time to focus on some unfinished business against the Argos. Looking forward to Sunday! Tracker 1
Tracker Posted Tuesday at 01:12 AM Report Posted Tuesday at 01:12 AM Ah yes, the Big Game. We ought to win convincingly but this is the CFL- no lead is safe and weird things happen every week. That's why we watch with bated breath. Bigblue204 1

Could be a lot worse. Every team has a group of fans that are convinced the broadcast crew hates their team. I really don’t see it that badly as it’s made out all the time. Some people are just so negative, and might want to think for a bit about something else to direct their energy towards. Yes keep complaining and TSN will bring back Rod Black....remember it could always be worse... Tracker 1

Not that it’s the same. But Lucky did get in some hot water about offering that Bomber fan a beer for getting into a fight at Labour Day. This was probably their best shot. They overachieved based on start of year expectations but underacheived in being a 9 win team with a TO ratio you'd expect a 14 win team to have. This reeks of a situation where they think they are a piece or two away, but if they run back Harris at 39 he's more likely than not to transform into a pumpkin and they'll get a harsh dose of reality when they aren't producing 4 TOs a game (even though this season all they could really do was transform those into punts). It's catch or no catch. Not some complicated call. I actually think the correct thing was done here. They told Mace that the command centre had already reviewed the play and confirmed no catch, The refs knew that but Mace had no way of knowing before he threw the flag. Tracker Posted Tuesday at 04:52 PM Report Posted Tuesday at 04:52 PM In an interview the next after the last game, Trevor Harris said, in a pleading way, that he would REALLY like to return as the Rider pivot. No athlete likes to admit /she doesn't have it any more, and Harris was well-paid, probably much better than he can expect to earn otherwise post-football,
