I’m sorry, who is Armstead?

yes I need new material.

An American not good enough for the nfl or their other pro leagues who came to Canada to play and not stand for our moment of silence and anthem.  Dude thinks Canada is a state I think. A dude so toxic that Ottawa released him when he was leading the league in rushing. That armstead cuz it’s not Jason.

Our punter but I may being overly critical. :)

somebody ( maybe the centre ??) badly missed their block. Big wake-up call there

Just wanted to say kudos to the East side fans that noticed, and ripped on Armstead for choosing not to stand for the moment of silence or the national anthem.

I don't care who you play for that is incredibly disrespectful to the league, veterans and those who made the ultimate sacrifice.

That's brutal. Another demonstration of the type of person the Riders seem to like.We had a couple of 25 year olds sitting beside wife and I early in the season. both didn't stand for the anthem. I expressed my thought to them about this. Might've used a few bad words.

Kola and Dobson each had an ole. But both bounced back reasonably well.
Lucky returning was a negative. Shanky hands. Not a lot to pick through though. Even Jake while being a turd in pass pro was reasonable in his gap out side of the bust.
Hard to expect more from the players than we got in the west final. That level of production, and execution should win you 99 games out of 100.

The crowd was buzzing! Just got home. Maybe the loudest I’ve ever heard it in there tonight.

My ears are still ringing from the 2022 WF...judging by his performance this year Rourke is having the same tinnitus issues lol...

That’s a shitty enough action to lose him his job imo.

Got to rematch the game at 4AM (thanks to having a 10 month old). Great game to rewatch without all the stress of live action.

Kramdi was great and fired up. He’s really looked good since they stopped having him have any kind of deep responsibility. Closed fast on short receptions and runs.

Holm obviously rose to the challenge. So many pass break ups.

On that one pass break up where Holm punched the ball away at the exact perfect time I thought he was going to make Suitor cry lol...

This is probably not for this thread, but I've always felt, those veterans sacrificed their lives for our right to choose and not be told what to do. The freedom to choose not to stand for a moment of silence is freedom of choice.... That's what they sacrificed for.

HH- Kramdi, he’s a **** disturber in the best way. Maybe not the most talented, but the definition of a glue guy. One could also say the same about Feltmate on ST.

Yes!! Yes!!  Kramdi is our new Thiadric Hansen.  The new Panzer on this team, the motor that never stops.  We needed a new one and he's now the guy!

Kramdi is a much better player, Hansen is a different kind of warrior though. Hansen probably would’ve been an upgrade at de or lber much of this year too.

Not a great comparison imo. I think ayers to Hansen or Cole is much closer. Though both are imps not globals.
I love Hansen and I’m happy for him that he’s still playing. I’d be thrilled if we brought him back in the off season. I hope we kick his ass next week.

Tbh I’m more worried about grant. Hes gonna have a big chip on his shoulder and we struggled with Alford who isn’t a fraction as good as grant.

I hear you guys but there was a play in the 2019 WF I believe where we had a goal-line stand against the Riders and Hansen stopped the Rider runningback cold on the one yard line.  I can't find the video online but I remember him stepping up.  He was an unsung hero and "glue guy" on this team.  Anyway, it doesn't matter now.  Kramdi hopefully will be that guy for many years to come.

Hansen is a beast. 2021 Hansen wasn’t great peak. He’s had some injuries and he’s 31 now. Still a great motor role guy. But not a big difference maker.
We had a lot of guys who made big plays in 19 and 21 too.

Lawler...................this guy is just unreal.....the most damgerous receiver in the league

Brady.......................got to go with the best back in the league.......and he's for all intense purposes what makes this club tick

Zack.........................found his game awhile back and the winner continues

Right, so no one’s going to throw him in jail.
If his actions prove him to be a disrespectful ****, the organizations that allow him to play a game for a living can choose to show him the door.

Its all about respect, The choice not to respect those that gave so much so that we can be free, tells me tons about that person. Sure he has now got the right not to respect them, but that is an extremely bad choice in my humble opinion! If he cannot respect the veterans who gave us the chance to be free , how can he respect his teammates, coaches and other teams or the fans that make this all possible. No wonder the RBs showed him the door, no way would he ever be on a team I was involved with. His ass would be booted out the door so fast.

Nobody in higher places is going to say or do anything about Armstead's actions, the very mention of it is off-limits.

Have to wonder how long the Bombers can hold onto Jordan Younger, the guy is proving to have brilliant defensive mind and he has to be high on the list of any team looking for a brand new HC or HC/DC.   Can't see him hanging around as a DC if he receives offers to double his salary, does he have any ties to Wpg?  He's paid his dues on the way up now it's time for him to reap the green, once appointed a HC in the CFL the title can be milked for a solid decade in a multitude of locations.

I'm preparing mentally for Richie Hall 2.0, coming sooner than you'd like.

His ties are this team...and staff...and his players

They can add the Asst. H.C to his title in the short term certainly. Some guys too just don't want the main headset either...tho sure not case with him.

Maybe a home cup win osh calls it a career and younger slides in.

Guess after 2025 season we will see. At this juncture I don't see anyone looking for a HC next yr. Edm I think will give Jackson another yr...he earned it

I can't see ott canning dyce either...other than that I see no opportunity next yr
