Yeah Willie is not the push he once was.  He seems to stand around a lot hoping to knock down a pass instead of pressuring the QB.

I'd like to see him starting inside and Haba on the edge whenever Haba is on the field.  They are starting with Haba at a MAC type spot then he just slowly rushes from there and it's totally ineffective.

I think tho that's what we want more times than not...keep the qb in pocket to try and beat our blanket coverage...and hope he swats one...they are consciously trying to keep qb in middle of pocket

When he's going at the qb he's as good as he ever was. But the way Younger uses him changes that up. Just let him loose

Yup..he's being used not as a rush specialist

Thoughts from the first half:

Buck better get his adjustments going or he won't have his current job, let alone a new one.

The defence has adjusted pretty well, the offence, not so much.

I thought the flats and outs were mostly available.

We played like crap on offence, yet we are still ahead. The Argos can be had with a bit of fine tuning.

Next team to score a TD will take home the hardware.

This.

Younger asks something different from WJ (especially in their three man fronts).  He’s not going to get home often in situations like that but he CAN disrupt passing lanes and react to what’s going on in front of him.  He’s still an athletic freak who was (I believe) amongst the league leaders in passes defenced
