The offside on the first pick six by the Argos is really bad.  The blitzers foot is level with our RT's foot at the snap.

So early in the game if cc is going to slow down footage early in the game to overturn an offside call help me understand why they don’t they be consistent the rest of the game? What am I missing, I’d like to hear from the posters who complained vehemently about some who were upset on the interference call called on us. Where’s the consistency? Again it’s not the reason we lost but presents appearances that the CC intervenes in the game with no real boundaries in place.

I don't want to run O'Shea or Buck out of town.   I think it's time for another round of cleansing and unfortunately the QB position is one that needs to be done sooner then later.

On D ,  I want a different strategy.   The Richie Hall / Younger D that 100% relies on amazing pressure from a few guys up front just doesn't cut it unless you have multiple all stars in those spots.    I think it being tweaked and new (hopefully talented) recruits would make a huge difference.   The whole season it felt so passive and anemic... at no point did I ever feel like we had the guys or the scheme to have our front 7 guys causing havok or creating big play turnovers.   The secondary is legit... everything else just felt so stagnant.

Also a new returner and punter please and thank you.  I don't know why we kept trotting out mediocrity without attempting to find a guy who can do more then C level of play.

That wasn't Richie Hall's D this year.

He blitzes a hell of a lot more than that.

We covered aggressively most of the time.  Not really sure why we adjusted so much tonight into more of a Cover 4.  Took away opportunity for DB's to make plays.  Seems like we were really thinking they'd force it vertical and not just try to stay on the field.

Maybe we need fewer coaches who played for the Argos.

Our QB has 9 competitions and 4 interceptions.  Yeah it’s O’Shea tho. Seriously?

Well, he is the head coach of this team. A team that has now lost three straight times in the big game. And since many people, probably including you and me, are willing to give him credit when the team does well, it’s presumably both fair and consistent for him to face some scrutiny and accountability when the team fails, don’t you think?

Good question. I think if some guys retire they will follow through. If guys like Jake wanna come back for more, I think it’s 1/3 chance we run it back.
I don’t think the upper mafia will be content to maintain going into a host year. But they might be scared to rock the boat.

Miller has never come across as a guy who will tolerate this...saying that....its been 3 years running now....soooo maybe he does

Collaros 0 TDs in the last three Grey Cups. That's a pretty crazy stat.

I broke down his play off stats after last years gc. They are horrid. Some how, he just had his worst play off game ever. No where to go but up LOL

Agreed it has been an awsome 5 years to be a Bomber fan. But also somewhat heartbreaking because the team has actually been playing below its potential. I hope Strev is healthy and comes back next year and that ZC turns to coaching. Strev, Wilson and Dolegalla would be acceptable. Let a number of the previously mentioned has-been players retire - BA, Neuf, Fatboi, Bighill, etc. Please find a new punter and find an actual kick returner. We let Janarion get away and then went all season without an answer, which is really inexcusable. Hopefully O'Shea apologizes to all the great Bomber fans for his arrogance which led to 2-6 and a wonky edition of the club. Should be in full re-build mode now.

Game over. Season over. Trophy presentation done.

Congratulations on a 5 year period that I can honestly say I've never seen my own storied team come close to.

I'm heading out onto my deck to have a premium cigar and a Macallan to toast another season gone. I'll be toasting you guys as well, hopefully we get to do it again in a year.

And to all a good night.

I think the counter balance is fear. They don’t want to mess up the cash cow they have now. They are more scared of sucking than driven to win.

You’ll probably be able to correct me but from what I watched of the Argos all year, that wasn’t even really their game either which made that approach so strange. They seemed so within their norm to just chew up the intermediate and it worked on us all night

McManis should be MVP.  Apparently our whole intermediate passing game was shut down by his presence.  Our receivers took all the hits but didn't want the ball.

They gave up. Quit. As a unit, they should be ashamed.
