MOS stays and they likely can Buck.

If I was Walters: Biggie, Neufeld, Kolo, Alexander, K. Wilson, Lucky, Augustine, Jake are all gone.

I don't think you'll see any changes to coaching staff unless a few of them move onto promotions or jobs in NCAA.  Richie Hall might retire.

Agree. Honestly, we might be able to spend lawlers money better too. Discount or move on.

You’ll probably be able to correct me but from what I watched of the Argos all year, that wasn’t even really their game either which made that approach so strange. They seemed so within their norm to just chew up the intermediate and it worked on us all night

That's why this was so frustrating from an offensive viewpoint....we went and did exactly what didn't work the last time we played them and then ******* stuck with it....

They gave up. Quit. As a unit, they should be ashamed.

Really really poorly. Reminded me of how we used to beat up on bc WRs.

I don’t think any of our coaches will get job upgrades elsewhere

That Zach speech the one dude posted from X earlier really did come back to bite him. Leaders lead and the rest of the passengers get on the bus. Well Zach you didn’t lead bro.

Yeah I posted it.  You're welcome!  It worked wonders for his game!

Man... being the third time in a row-  it literally gets easier after each GC loss.

Onward to next year!

My son reminded me the Bills lost 4 super bowls in a row. We are entering that territory but just as a reminder we’re making the show consistently and expect to make the show next year. Obviously winning it all is what you want but the 7 other teams who don’t make the show is not where I’d want to be.

This one might be easier as it wasn't as close as the others.

Hopefully the Bombers realize they aren't good enough. After the last 2 losses they thought they lost the game

This game is different as clearly the Argos won.

I think it's kind of a "oh they won't trust their backup QB" kind of idea.  And way off the mark.  Clearly felt ok about Arbuckle chucking it around.  Maybe if it was Dukes.

They certainly have a ton of vertical threats.  They've been signing the kind of receivers we should be grabbing for Collaros instead of that group of little guys we had in camp this year who ended up having to fill 2-3 spots most of the year.

We didn't really show much to cause confusion either.  We're just dropped out, everyone lining up 8 yards off, they can basically count on Jefferson not trying to rush and even if you're worried about his arms just roll to that side and he's nullified.

Just crazy because we had Sask completely off balance last week with our alignment and coverages/blitzes out of it.

No it’s not. It’s on the guys on the field. Play a sport. Blaming your coach always?  blaming everyone but the ppl who actually play.

No, the players have to take accountability for sure. But It is a shared accountability with the coaching staff. Why would the coaching staff get a complete free pass on a performance like this? again, I am not arguing that it’s not on the players but this is not an either/or occasion it’s a both/and.

You need to keep ZC to mentor the next qb... But who the **** is the next qb.   And if someone says Streveler , I will find you and drag you out back.

We do not need a QB mentor who is costing a half-million plus per year and tutors a QB who is forced to execute crappy game plans.

I watched Stegall get force fed the ball when he was on **** teams. Coaching and play calls matter. Yes players failed today too. But if you're not forcing it to your mvp...especially when he was playing the way he was today...thats the coaches fault.

We've been hanging onto Marty Costello by a thread for a couple years.  I think if he got a decent FCS OL coach job he'd be gone.

Our D staff outside of Younger are all up there in years.

Next year if Bombers make it yet again to GC I'm just going to record it and only watch if they win. I just can't do this **** every year any more.

I have tickets and honestly not excited right now.

Man Lawler was among the only players we had on the field tonight.  Toronto just took him away because we had nothing else.

Schoen...maybe there's some talk there.  If he's healthy in these past 2 Grey Cup games we win.  But again...personnel side, what are we doing?  We had a whole season to replace Schoen this year and we already had a receiver derby in camp because we needed to fill a couple spots.

Do you actually believe changes will be made? I don't. I think it'll just be another year of the same thing.

Honestly...I don't know. O'Shea strikes me as a guy set in his ways. A "dance with the one that brung ya" kinda guy...even if logic says it's detrimental.

The odds of him getting canned are pretty freakin' slim so that aspect of the team dynamic may be locked in for the foreseeable future. So any player/coaching changes may have to be forced from above...and given that we're hosting a Cup game we have now lost 3 times in a row there may be more pressure/incentive to do just that.

All I know for sure is I have zero control over it...won't sweat it...but will hope that management is motivated to make any changes necessary.

Nobody needs to be run out of town coaching wise....that being said they need to really....reallly look inward and realize where they failed....an why.....with explanation and discussion with GM and President and put forth their plan of action to fix it

Osh needs to be sat down and made realize that he has to let go of aging....downside vets and move forward with new....younger guys. And if it means Walters not bringing guys back to his displeasure...so be it....Walters is the Boss....not Osh

He aslo has to realize standing pat on what has worked...or used to, and having his mantra that we good and they all starters....they here cause they help us win....and the other tripe he feeds us is not working and he needs to evolve/adapt

In all honesty....what evolution have you seen since 2022?...if anything I have seen regression. Another bee in the bonnet too is his force feeding his need to play more Canadians than required due to his Patriotic Canadianism bias....which it totally is and structure his roster accordingly. Lots of people will crap on American coaches for their American bias...and seemingly neglecting some Canadians...but in actuality they are playing their best players....With Osh it's the opposite....you can disagree all you want but it's been smack dab in our face the last 2 yrs.....if anyone seriously thinks excessive Thomas and Schmeck playing on the dline is better than any 2 americans we have....or could have brought in during the season until we found the right guy(s) is seriously delusional....we didn't have to do that at all....but we did

You either have to adapt and or evolved...or you destined to fail...we've failed 3 straight yrs.....time to adapt and evolve
