We don't know which was the right choice, neither got the chance. I had totally forgotten about Dolegala. Given his experience and the fact that he has been around the Bombers for a while leading up to the GC and, I assume, is by now familiar with the playbook, he might have been the guy to go in and finish the game. Collaros definitely wasn't that guy! JCon 1

He's very much in charge, but also believes the vets can handle the room for the most part. Yeah definitely in charge which is why two years in a row we have him ceding to veterans who are demanding to play when they have absolutely no business on the field SpeedFlex27 1
HardCoreBlue Posted November 18 Report Posted November 18 Just curious, has MOS ever pulled ZC during is tenure here in a game other than when we're up by a zillion or he was injured and not able to continue? In fact has MOS ever pulled a veteran player for his play during a game and/or took away any veterans starting role?

Contrast that against the TSN report that in mid-season, LaVaris Daniels was carping about his playing time, so Dinwiddie threatened him with a trade. So Daniels smartened up immediately. Yes MOS's coaching style is reminding me of the wife's cousin's parenting style with their three year old...."we don't think he should juggle knives but you know that's what he wants to do right now..." Come on O'Shea. That was brutal letting Zach come back in. Do u think this is the nfl and like a 6 point lead maybe 9 with 10 minutes left is just impossible to overcome. ??? 41 24. 2 pick 6’s and a fg. Or 2 pick 6’s and a lucky fumble even. The o sucked but it wasn’t over and we partially kinda lost because in the end the O sucked but it was close until the pick 6’s and fumble. Argos didn’t exactly light it up ya know. It was close. Was it not like 19 16 at one point? 24 11 argos won the 4th quarter. That means it was 17 13 with 1 quarter to go. Not over at all. Edited November 19 by Goalie johnzo 1

Did the D give up a td that wasn’t because of a turnover ? Maybe 1 right Bombers spent lots of $$$ on the O. In the end they failed. Someone needs to be accountable for the poor O play. It’s easy to blame receivers but if you need 2 or 3 superstar receivers to be good then maybe you ain’t so great. im looking at Zach and or buck. One needs to go. Zach probably isn’t gonna retire so, buck needs to go. High priced O was **** all year. Except Brady. He was good. Edited November 19 by Goalie
17to85 Posted November 19 Report Posted November 19 Bottom line is you gotta make plays. Not every play is picture perfect, but when you have opportunities to make a play you have to seize it. There is entirely too much money being spent on the offense for the up and down season they've had. Goalie and MOBomberFan 2

Yeah their revised rules state that the CC can intervene when a clear & obvious error had occurred. That was not clear or obvious - TSN had to slow it down & replay it like 3-4 times and even then it was iffy. The call on the field should have stood. wbbfan, JCon and Fatty Liver 3
