17to85 Posted 2 hours ago Report Posted 2 hours ago Hell keep an American rb on the pr if need be. Oliveira gets hurt we can flip the ratio easy enough. wbbfan 1

Guy has remarkable longevity for not really doing anything other than checking off the "backup canadian rb" box. Have to give the guy props for developing him self late in his career into a competent teams guy, going from an abysmal blocker to average or a bit better, and for finding another gear as a runner while being able to accelerate much quicker. If he had gotten that kind of development while in college his career as a pro would’ve been very different. I respect the guys tenacity, work ethic, toughness and strength. A lot of guys could use an ounce of what he’s got. He may well be picked up by another team, especially if they try to flip the ratio at rb. Toronto would be a good candidate if they want to go onto adebobye. Or mtl with ste, or bc with jeshrun. 17to85, rebusrankin, Piggy 1 and 1 other 4
CodyT Posted 2 hours ago Report Posted 2 hours ago What does a typical OC get paid in the CFL? What does a TSN analyst get paid?

But part time less for sure. Coaching pay in the cfl varies wildly with the coaching cap and multiple titles. Cap is 2.5m and 11 guys, 25 with management. we run 16 guys for an average of 156k. But mos, walters, Danny, and Ted easily combine for more than half the cap. Which leaves about 100k on average for the rest. I imagine top COs likely get 250-300k. Maybe 400-500k for ast hc types. The more ast hc and ast gm types the harder it is to pay other guys. I wonder if the coaching cap has a minimum.
Noeller Posted 45 minutes ago Report Posted 45 minutes ago Ya don't quote me, but I believe the CFL On TSN is its own product that TSN airs. The people working on it are, essentially, freelancers. I have no idea what the rates are in that situation, or how much Lapo would be making. My sizeable gut tells me that working on the broadcasts would pay well... The offseasons are less work than being a coach.... I'd bet an HC makes more, but coordinators likely make less. If Lapo owns his YouTube content outright (and isn't subsidiary to Bell/TSN) and gets enough followers, that can pay fairly well, as well....

He’s got a long row to hoe for it to be an income stream. So far as I know the main guys like matty, milt, and Sanchez don’t have any big side hustle or day job. I bet those guys are making decent money. The some times crowd like the coaches, maybe not so much. At the same time if the money stank they’d be coaching at another level right?
