Suitor has a massive man crush on Purifoy.   I will be happy once he's out of the league so that Suitor doesn't bring him up every three plays.

Could do a full roster of his man crushes. Heavy balls, sticky stala, every rider player ever etc

I don't know why we keep having this discussion... 2019 Matt Nichols was outstanding until he got blindside pancaked after the whistle. We were 6-2 under him and he gets hurt in the 7th win in Week 10 which put us at 7-2. He was having an incredible season before he got hurt.

Also... This man continues to be absolute loony tunes.

Back away slowly with a slight smile arms in the air turn around quick and run.

Purifoy probably autographed Suitors rider gitch and gained a cheerleader for life.

I just don't understand what's going on with that guy. He was going to be running the Nanaimo Jr program... Then he's got a full time job with some random company in Ontario.... Now this? He's all over the map (literally and figuratively...)

Don't forget signing with some hockey club too....something like that.

Anyways...I hope this recent move pushes his ring of honour induction back a decade.

It’s pretty simple … just because you’re good at football doesn’t mean you’re good at life.

There was a lot of discussion, before his injury, about him being very much in the conversation for MOP. He was having a good season. We don't need to throw dirt on Nichols around here and I'm not sure why people are hell bent on re-writing history about him. He played great in 2019. Would he have gotten us a Grey Cup in '19 if he stays healthy? We will never know but it can't be ruled out. Matt left everything out on the field for us and we owe him at least the dignity of not fabricating history about him. He got hurt and it ended his time here when Collaros came to town. Who knows what may have been if he stays healthy.

Could tell you some stories of Andrew’s personal exploits while he was a Bomber and working for a car dealership in Wpg.  Lesson learned: never hold theses guys up as paragons of morality.

I'm not sure he meant it was an illegal hit. He was blindsided technically as he didn't/couldn't see it coming and then was pancaked.

Right, but he said “after the whistle”…. suggesting it was a dirty play… it happened within the play

Get the popcorn out... lots of them reallllllllll upset by Harris and his drug issues. See how quickly they try and change their tunes.

Right? Honestly this is gross for both of them.

That's unfortunately an understatement.  It's a good thing he's staying connected with football for now.

Oh, I know. I’ve spent a few hours around him here and there since he retired and I can imagine what I’ve seen is only scratching the surface.

Yeah he hardly a pillar....and wasnt as "important"to the teams turn around as an influence as a lot would like to claim here

I also defended him...originally on the PED stuff....but some digging and talking I don't now....also his play...and over all appearance after the issue slowly eroded away too..

BO is more the player...teammate and person and we lucky to have him even to it's costing us

Yup, just because you're good at/knowledgeable about (insert topics) doesn't mean you're good at/knowledgeable about (insert topics).

The lower one's self awareness is the blurrier this becomes.

I don’t know he did a lot of heavy lifting early on, and was great in the 2019 run in the playoffs. We literally went from a 5 win team to a contender the season he joined us. I know there’s a lot of factors at play but having a Canadian running back who can run for tough yards and have an impact in the catching game was foreign to us at the time it’s just something we take for granted. after having guys like Grigsby and Cameron Marshall at the RB position, Harris’s arrival was a big deal.
