Steinauer seems to have maneuvered himself out of the noose and escaped up the rope to the top of the gallows, from where he watches the misadventures below unfold.

Just doesn’t make sense. If maksymic is the guy, why are you looking at an oc for the hc job from another team? How can you promote a guy whose offence got worse with more talent, couldn’t make it work with either qb, got worse when it counted and hasn’t been able to get the O to live up to expectations in the play offs. 
 
I wouldn’t want to hire buck either, but it’s no comparison between the 3 candidates. A guy who has been failing down at easier jobs for years now, a guy who has had his offences get worse each year for a while, and the best mix of experience and success. 
 

Really the biggest thing bc needs is a culture reset. Buck is the only option that can do that for them.

Buck over Mackysmic says the leos want a total different direction for their offence ...which was needed....Hate to lose Pierce but wish him all the success in the world except when we lock horns....Now we have to make the right move to fill oc......I hope we do a lot of heavy thinking before we make that move.....We're on the clock

couple of players I hope he does.....and not many he really could poach as they would all need a change in title.....Doesn't Rourkie boy just love Macsymick as well??....so unless Buck plans to take on the dual role I can't see him taking any of our offensive assistants...

I see Cyril taking on an expanded role in the US but there is now a void with the Canadian side of things.
