HardCoreBlue Posted Sunday at 04:07 PM Report Posted Sunday at 04:07 PM Taken off the world wide web: 'Thereafter, in three of four seasons, the Presidents' Trophy winning team went on to win the Stanley Cup (Stars in 1999, Avalanche in 2001, and Red Wings in 2002). Since the Blackhawks won the Presidents' Trophy and Stanley Cup in the lockout-shortened 2012–13 season, the "curse" has been more pronounced'. Rest everyone. 🙂
TrueBlue4ever Posted Sunday at 04:10 PM Report Posted Sunday at 04:10 PM Wonder if this will be in the building tonight with Bill Daly? BomberBall. 1
BomberBall. Posted Sunday at 04:46 PM Report Posted Sunday at 04:46 PM So who gets the night off? Safe to assume Helle and Ehlers will sit….. others? I’d like to see them rest as many as possible. Goalie 1

I’d like to see them rest as many as possible. Agreed. But there’s only so many you can rest right. I’d prob rest Helle Josh another D let’s say samberg. Get ville and fleury in. Forwards? Whoever is banged up a bit. Ehlers for sure. Maybe apples. Rest one of Demelo pionk or Schenn and get miller in there also on D. haven’t heard any call ups yet so bet Ehlers is the only guy resting up front. Need to call players up first. Gus ville fleury miller would all be playing so 1 forward 2 LHD and 1 rhd sits. Comrie starts also. I’d limit 55 and 81s ice although 81 4 points away from 100. Moose prob still in town since last regular season home game last night so maybe by 2 we hear if anyone been called up. Not sure who could be even. Edited Sunday at 04:55 PM by Goalie BomberBall. 1
Goalie Posted Sunday at 04:59 PM Report Posted Sunday at 04:59 PM (edited) I’d consider giving Salomonnson a call up but he’s an rhd. Maybe toninato at forward. I’m not sure anyone else deserves a shot. Chib? Hurt. Lambo? Hurt. Yager? WHL still. Tyrell Bauer would be fun but I don’t think they do that. Edited Sunday at 05:01 PM by Goalie BomberBall. 1
Goalie Posted Sunday at 09:24 PM Report Posted Sunday at 09:24 PM Looks like only Ehlers. Nino takes his spot. Gus draws in on 4th line wing. Comrie starts. maybe Wednesday they call up some guys.

FrostyWinnipeg Posted Sunday at 09:51 PM Author Report Posted Sunday at 09:51 PM A win and they can bring the Presidents Cup in for game 82.
Goalie Posted Sunday at 10:49 PM Report Posted Sunday at 10:49 PM (edited) A win or point I or and Washington loss in regulation = tonight. Edited Sunday at 11:29 PM by Goalie
iHeart Posted Sunday at 10:54 PM Report Posted Sunday at 10:54 PM We accomplished XYZ let's add a P to it
Goalie Posted Sunday at 11:14 PM Report Posted Sunday at 11:14 PM (edited) Pleasantly surprised the resting guys which is more important than the P that we can win with a Washington L. 2 1 Columbus in the 2nd there. Edited Sunday at 11:19 PM by Goalie
Goalie Posted Sunday at 11:30 PM Report Posted Sunday at 11:30 PM The Jets (55-21-4) will win the Presidents’ Trophy with a win; they could also clinch with an overtime or shootout loss combined with a loss by the Capitals.
HardCoreBlue Posted Sunday at 11:39 PM Report Posted Sunday at 11:39 PM NN starting to heat up with offensive chances bodes well heading into the playoffs.
captaincanuck12 Posted yesterday at 12:33 AM Report Posted yesterday at 12:33 AM What a total bs call on Scheifs. Then samberg is hurt. And oilers take the lead. BomberBall. 1
BomberBall. Posted yesterday at 12:40 AM Report Posted yesterday at 12:40 AM How costly is that ridiculous call? Oilers score, which sucks, but Samberg getting hurt is far bigger deal. Cannot afford to lose him. Hopefully it’s not as bad as it appeared.
iHeart Posted yesterday at 12:41 AM Report Posted yesterday at 12:41 AM problem is the Jets needed the puck in order for the whistle to go....it's kind of stupid
iHeart Posted yesterday at 12:50 AM Report Posted yesterday at 12:50 AM (edited) and the CBJ/Wash game is over.....PXYZ and Samberg is done Edited yesterday at 12:58 AM by iHeart
