Yes, thats my guess.  Not sure I support that decision, but not a huge loss.

If Miles was unprotected, I doubt Kelly was protected. I would've rather lost Kelly, to be honest.

 

Makes me wonder who they DID protect though. If I had to guess, I would bet they protected quite a few guys on the DL

If I was Winnipeg, I wouldn't be trying to trade for competition for Collaros. The big selling point we have over other teams at the moment is that he would be the clear cut starter. Start acquiring pieces to compete with him and all of a sudden, we're no different than Hamilton or Montreal.

So disappointed we lost Miles, I think we probably protected a few more defensive guys and just gambled that no one wants people from our craptacular offense.

 

Ottawa did well at QB, Glenn and DeMarco are a solid 1-2 as veteran-young'un.

 

I would say we are in prime position to get Collaros still.

DeMarco is junk, I would've taken Tanner Marsh as my developmental QB IMO.

 

Losing Miles kind of sucks, but I'm more concerned about what Canucks we lose. I'm hoping we keep all our receivers intact.

Says right on the page down at the bottom.  Second round is at 11:30 CST (12:30 ET) and the third round is at 1:00 CST (2:00 ET).
