I assume he means that bearded kicker...guy with the Duck Dynasty beard.  Daniel Bryan is a very popular wrestler with a similar look.

I think he is a FA. O'Neill just isn't a CFL calibre kicker IMO. This rookie kicker who is the CIS leader in points, he's an intriguing prospect. Do the Stamps own his rights?
