Still wide open.  Teams are keying in on Matthews, Edwards doesn't seem to be on course for a good year so far with the early injury.

Will it be Denmark, Watson... Etienne?  Or is Matthews just that good that he becomes the leading receiver anyway?

Thoughts?

maybe Denmark will have a bounce back year. I don't think we are going to have a star receiver this year. I think its going to be getting a lot of it done by committee.

Denmark has been pretty involved the first couple games I think, wouldn't surprise me to see him have a good season... but I don't know who to pick as the leader... think it'll be spread out a fair bit.

I picked Watson....just a hunch. But if Watson is our leading receiver, we're not going to have a very good offense, I don't think.

Watson's been able to get open often the first 2 games, and Crowton's retooled offense seems to be geared towards getting his SB's open in space.  Just need the QB to get them the ball in stride... Watson's the best bet in my opinion.  Breakout season predicted.

I've had a good feeling about Denmark since he got here.  If not this year, it will be next year when he leads the team.

Denmark is more likely to be off the team rather than leading the the team. Hes the definition of a mediocre to average player. Anyways, it has to be Matthews due to the fact that Edwards and Denmark aren't productive and Watson will always have injury concerns.

Disagree... Denmark's been fairly solid and seems to be improving. He will be a very good receiver in this league, and there will be very little chance he ever goes to the NFL. If he manages to make the jump to Elite, he could be with us for a very long time.

When has Denmark ever been more than average in his three years here? Even without the ratio, Cory Watson is a flat out better player than Denmark IMO.

when he was the consensus runner up for rookie of the year in 2011.... He had a down year last year now we see if he bounces back this year, though moving outside won't get him as many passes from Pierce who only seems able to pass to the sbs with any regularity.

Is Denmark even still on this team anymore ?

I don't even notice him.

He only has 1 yard less than Matthews, and has more yards than TE. That is not bad considering he's a small target and our highly inaccurate QB with a questional mental aptitude can't hit the broad side of a barn, let a lone a small target like Denmark. Need a QB who can throw accurate, on time and lead his receiver, but all that would be asking a little much, we first need a QB that can find his open receivers on the field before he hits the turf.

One less yard than Matthews...all I've heard all season is how Matthews has done sweet f all. That isn't exactly a ringing endorsement. He has four catches in three games, despite our horrible Quarterback play, that is still an issue.
