Chaosmonkey Posted July 12, 2013 Report Posted July 12, 2013 @ (1-1) (1-1) Location: Percival Molson Memorial Stadium (Stade Percival-Molson) Capacity: 25,012 Weather Forcast: Today Mainly sunny. High 27. UV index 8 or very high. Tonight A few clouds. Low 16. Kickoff: 7:30pm EST 6:30pm Winnipeg time Kevin Glenn Starts his first game of the year for the Stamps as they attempt to keep within striking range of the 3-0 Riders who picked up a win last night. Sure it’s only week 3, but the west division has been neck and neck over the last few years. Montreal looks to bounce back after one of the worst games they have played in recent history, at least on offense. It will be interesting to see what changes the coaches and players make to their gameplan.
Valderan_CA Posted July 12, 2013 Report Posted July 12, 2013 It will be interesting to see how Montreal Gamplans this on Defence... and whether they actually have a decent defense or if we were just that bad.
TrueBlue Posted July 12, 2013 Report Posted July 12, 2013 Calgary's playing Huntley this game. Curious to see if they can put the same kind of 4 man pressure against the Montreal o-line as we did.

Calgary has some SERIOUS injury issues on defense... they are going to have a rough start until some guys get healthy
MOBomberFan Posted July 12, 2013 Report Posted July 12, 2013 I suspect MTL will smooth out some of the wrinkles and get their offence back on track. It's hard to imagine Calvillo having another bad game, and the CGY defense is nothing to write home about right now. I expect MTL to come out on top by more than a touchdown. That and I could use a good game from Calvillo and Brandon London so that someone can take the wind (read: hot air) out of Blutos sails in our league.
Chaosmonkey Posted July 12, 2013 Author Report Posted July 12, 2013 I would love to have the stamps come out of this one with a win, some way some how. The only way I see that happening is KG5 hooking up with West and Price all night long turning this one into a high scoring shoot out the lights friday night football classic.

Montreals defense looked like **** until they started bringing everyone against Pierce, it was effective but I doubt it will be as effective against Calgary.
Mr. Perfect Posted July 12, 2013 Report Posted July 12, 2013 Curious to see how Montreal does against a defense that isn't us, and if the same timing issues continue to plague them. I expect AC will be looking to pick on Hef considering how he's been thus far.

I expect AC will be looking to pick on Hef considering how he's been thus far. according to the Depth chart Hef is backing up Raymond, but I've also heard he's going to play in their secondary so who knows.
robynjt Posted July 12, 2013 Report Posted July 12, 2013 Very interested to see how Montreal plays against someone other than the Bombers. I never would want to be the one playing against an angry Calvillo. I'd give the edge to Montreal, mostly because they're at home.
Captain Blue Posted July 12, 2013 Report Posted July 12, 2013 Looking forward to seeing Montreal just to see if we made them look that bad or if they're just a mess this year.
Mr Dee Posted July 12, 2013 Report Posted July 12, 2013 Looking forward to seeing Montreal just to see if we made them look that bad or if they're just a mess this year. Poised and ready to see the exact same things. Should be interesting.
iso_55 Posted July 12, 2013 Report Posted July 12, 2013 Stamps without a whole bunch of starters. We'll see how good their depth is.
Atomic Posted July 12, 2013 Report Posted July 12, 2013 I gotta say, I'm thinking Als win in this one. I don't think they're as bad as the Bombers made them look and they will bounce back. 36-25 Montreal.
Mr Dee Posted July 12, 2013 Report Posted July 12, 2013 I agree, but I would like to hear Anthony say 'disgusting' again. It was so heartfelt.
17to85 Posted July 12, 2013 Report Posted July 12, 2013 it's a big game for both teams. starting 1-2 would not be great for either of them and the loser would be on a real slide. And I still don't have bloody TV to watch it! goddammitsomuch!

kelownabomberfan Posted July 13, 2013 Report Posted July 13, 2013 I couldn't understand one word Glenn was saying there...
Fraser Posted July 13, 2013 Report Posted July 13, 2013 Internet stream - www.atdhe.eu firstrow1.eu has a good stream too.
Mr Dee Posted July 13, 2013 Report Posted July 13, 2013 3 second down conversions on one drive, for Montreal, as opposed to 3 all game last week. Now that's a stat.
17to85 Posted July 13, 2013 Report Posted July 13, 2013 Internet stream - www.atdhe.eu The internet out here doesn't stream video so well either (it really is like being in a 3rd world country) so i've got to make due with the radio. It's not perfect but it works at least somewhat.
