eh it had to end eventually but I think by leaving Anna Faris may have left the writing on the wall

They were just talking about a new spinoff in Hawaii but cancelling to make room for it?

Well unfortunately depending on what region some are in there are going to be episodes of the muppet show missing (Two of which are missing world wide. Brooke Shields due to music rights issues, thanks alot Wizard of Oz, And Chris Langham well...the same reason why the Simpsons pulled Stark Ravin' Dad from syndication, and why it's also not on Disney+) The Kaye Ballard one is missing in the US and for some reason outside of North America they don't have John Denver or Spike Milligan (uh why?)

and now I'm questioning since when were the rights to Somewhere Over the Rainbow easier to get than We're Off to See the Wizard?

I guess they're doing specials until things are safer

Quote

In this new special, “the citizens of South ParQ are clamoring for the COVID-19 vaccine,” according to Comedy Central’s official synopsis. Unfortunately, “a hilarious new militant group tries to stop the boys from getting their teacher vaccinated.”

Wait they're letting Mr.Garrison teach again? (i read from other fans that they said the creators wanted Garrison to teach again but, man PC principal is going to be putting up a fight here

For a second there I thought they were going to do adaptations of the prequel books (it revolved mostly around Frankie Stein and a Normal girl named Melody Carver who recently had a nose job because her parents thought it would help her breathe better because of her Asthma....I'm not sure that's how it works...oh and the school was called Merston High in the prequels)

I hope they served waffles & fried chicken with extra skin for dinner.

Not unless the event was held in Saskatchewan, and then gopher al dente would be a side dish.

I assume you caught my reference?  It's what the Mayor of Schitt's Creek orders at the local Cafe.

I have never seen Schitt’s Creek and I am not a big binge watcher or streamer. The last episodic tv show I invested in on network TV was Big Bang Theory, and online it was Game of Thrones. So it got me wondering, what tv show (either network or online) have you never seen or barely watched that was seemingly very popular or that “everyone else” watched? I never had HBO so many of them I could only see later on Netflix and such and couldn’t be bothered to binge.

My short list would include Sopranos (seen snippets but never even a full episode), Breaking Bad (quit after one season on Netflix) and Arrested Development (not even one second of it), to name but 3 of many.

So what are others not watching that would surprise the general public?

If you haven't seen the The Wire, what are you doing with your life? It's absolutely amazing. I've watched it through 3 times.

There are so many shows listed on this site that have had multi-year runs that I have never heard of.

I was really late to Breaking Bad, but enjoyed that. It's a tough watch at some points...way too dark for me...but I powered through. I've enjoyed Better Call Saul on Netflix as well. My wife and I re-binge How I Met Your Mother every single year. Far and away our favourite show of all time.

I've only ever seen a handful of Big Bang Theory episodes. Way too sitcom-y for me. The laugh track is out of control.

I'd highly recommend you watch a few episodes of Arrested Development. That, along with Seinfeld & 30 Rock, are my three favourite sitcoms ever.

I didn't watch the Wire until a few years ago and I always wonder why I hadn't heard about it sooner.  It's easily one of my favorites of all-time and it's forever changed how I pronounce the word ****! 😅
