Brandon Posted July 28, 2014 Report Posted July 28, 2014 I won't complain about Willy... he will get better with more experience and make those throws. Romby was getting open... wouldn't cut him yet.
Jpan85 Posted August 17, 2014 Report Posted August 17, 2014 Colts announced they agreed to terms with RB Deji Karim and waived running back Davin Meggett. — Adam Schefter (@AdamSchefter) August 17, 2014

Seems like the Colts have replaced the Eagles as our main scouting relationship...?
Floyd Posted August 17, 2014 Report Posted August 17, 2014 Nice scouting profile... except for the east-west thing. Positives: Built low to the ground with a thick, muscular physique. Bench-presses twice his weight. Plays bigger than his size. Good quickness. Finishes runs. Takes care of the football. Shows willingness as a blocker. Hardworking and durable. Team-first and football-smart. Has NFL bloodlines. Negatives: Lacks ideal height. Tight hips. Has below-average timed speed. Average vision and instincts. Wastes movement going east and west. Not elusive or creative. Minimal receiving production (lets throws into his body). Limited base strength as a blocker and will duck his head and whiff. Summary: Short, thickly built, between-the-tackles runner who was a steady, durable player for the Terps, but did not take his game to another level with a more prominent role as a senior. Does not excel as a receiver, blocker or return man to compensate for his lack of size and average athletic traits. NFL pedigree could improve his chances.

GCn20 Posted August 17, 2014 Report Posted August 17, 2014 MCGUFFIE HYPE TRAIN Honestly, I'd like to see him go in for Romby Bryant if Aaron Kelly isn't ready. You forgot to bold your all-caps statement. NEEDS MORE HYPE!!! Duane Slay level hype!!! Why you gotta go there? Duane Slay was robbed by a coaching staff that didn't realize how good he was. He was the best LB to never play in the CFL. lol.

We could use one of those.
Tracker Posted August 17, 2014 Report Posted August 17, 2014 The East-West tendency is a concern- don;t we have a back who does that now?
Goalie Posted August 17, 2014 Report Posted August 17, 2014 Give Bolton a shot, he's here. This guy was already here and released, not sure if it was to try the NFL but i highly doubt we see him back here. Give the ball to Bolton, See what he's got.

Maybe he can sing as part of the half time entertainment at IGF.

Tracker Posted August 18, 2014 Report Posted August 18, 2014 For half-time entertainment, i would like to see the Mick Jagger tribute band in England called "The Stoned Rollers" with their hit song, "Hey McLeod, get offa my ewe."
M.O.A.B. Posted August 18, 2014 Report Posted August 18, 2014 He's just released by the Colts. Is there an agreement between him and the Bombers thats when they released him so he can sign with the Colts?

He was on our PR... now the Colts have cut him - its not really rocket science. Odds are pretty reasonable that he's back here soon.
