Perhaps they should hire an independent consultant and have them sit done with the people in the organization and find out from them their roles, their perception of exactly what is going on there. You can even include the BoD if you like. Clearly that organization has no defined leader and no clear communication chain. Whatever happened to Watchorn's demand for a code of conduct? Dirty30 1
