SPuDS Posted July 13, 2014 Report Posted July 13, 2014 Hes a balla ie, baller, ie excellent trade if we dont give up a first 3 round pick or someone legit on our neg list.. I think. Thats how i took it anyway lol.
Captain Blue Posted July 13, 2014 Report Posted July 13, 2014 Does anyone actually have a problem with this move? Seems pretty much like we got a player Hamilton didn't want anymore and paid them a reasonable price for that (ie. near nothing).
gbill2004 Posted July 13, 2014 Report Posted July 13, 2014 My guess is he's making starter money and was 2nd or 3rd on Hamilton's depth chart.
Mike Posted July 13, 2014 Report Posted July 13, 2014 I doubt the futures are any kind of pick. More likely a neg lister. James 1
Tracker Posted July 13, 2014 Report Posted July 13, 2014 With Kuale not covering himself in glory, and apparently blowing assignments, Kromah would seem to be a good substitute- he was an excellent tackler with a good nose for the ball when he was with Sask. Good on Walters for not staying status quo. I didn't like how Montreal was able to complete those flare passes with no one around Whitaker.
17to85 Posted July 13, 2014 Report Posted July 13, 2014 I didn't like how Montreal was able to complete those flare passes with no one around Whitaker. That's just Etch being Etch. Ottawa did the same things with Walker in the first quarter as well. James 1
James Posted July 13, 2014 Report Posted July 13, 2014 I doubt the futures are any kind of pick. More likely a neg lister. I'm sure they would have said conditional pick if it was for a pick

IC Khari Posted July 13, 2014 Report Posted July 13, 2014 On the Rider site there are some comments about him never being the same since his injury. Remains to be seen. No harm in trying, if it works out, great. At least we seem to be trying now
Fatty Liver Posted July 13, 2014 Report Posted July 13, 2014 Over on the Riders forum they're saying after Kromah broke his leg he was never the same player. Guess we'll find out.
Brandon Posted July 13, 2014 Report Posted July 13, 2014 Over on the Riders forums they think Sunseri is better then Durant.... Floyd and iso_55 2
Goalie Posted July 13, 2014 Report Posted July 13, 2014 Don't they say that about every player who leaves sask though? that they were never the same? I mean these are the same fans who crapped all over dwight anderson for years but then when he became a rider, kind of loved him
Stickem Posted July 13, 2014 Report Posted July 13, 2014 Some rider fans were saying that Neufeld wasn't top notch and they could easily get over losing him. Seems he's working out pretty good for us. (why are we placing so much importance on what rider fans say anyway). Why would Austin in Ham. have pursued Kromah in fa. if he thought the guy was done. You really gotta read between the lines when it comes to rider fans opinions...especially Nates.
do or die Posted July 13, 2014 Report Posted July 13, 2014 No problem with looking at another LB, at this stage.....
JuranBoldenRules Posted July 13, 2014 Report Posted July 13, 2014 Has Kromah even played since his injury?
iso_55 Posted July 13, 2014 Report Posted July 13, 2014 Over on the Riders forums they think Sunseri is better then Durant.... They thought Sunseri was better than Willy. And that Tito should be the backup to Durant. I guess they got their wish, lol!
Floyd Posted July 13, 2014 Report Posted July 13, 2014 Has Kromah even played since his injury? Nope. So, technically, he is not the same since the injury...
mikey d Posted July 13, 2014 Report Posted July 13, 2014 if he's an MLB, maybe slide Wild back to WIL (starter, Dunn as backup) then... and Kromah/Kuale at MLB? I personally would love that, but Etchevary seems to hate WILL LBers playing WLB I believe he played as an OLB in Etch D before. So possibly for Dollar or Dime position? How long will Leggett be out? Didn't play for Etcheverry before, he was in Sask for Chamblin's first year with Hall as DC. Thinking he's a MLB. Not what the Riders' 2012 Depth Chart said. Wild wasn't a MLB on our 2013 depth chart either. Different schemes, different seasons. All of our true LB's are listed as MLB's, hence the 6 or 7 on the depth chart. The Dime/Dollar positions are DB's. As ide from short yardage, we won't ever see two true linebackers on the field together.
Bomber_fanaddict Posted July 13, 2014 Report Posted July 13, 2014 Over on the RIDER site they thinking dating your cousin/sister is acceptable...

Wild and Kuale have been on the field together whenever they've used a 30 front, and Kuale has lined up all over the place.
M.O.A.B. Posted July 14, 2014 Author Report Posted July 14, 2014 We should have just picked up Marcellus Bowman. Is there a way we can pick him up too? Wild / Bowman Kuale / Kromah
basslicker Posted July 14, 2014 Report Posted July 14, 2014 Wow - last move I thought we would make... but I sure like Kromah. Kromah-Wild-Sears would be killer Makes me believe Kuale is injured I dunno, Dunn has played well.
Jacquie Posted July 15, 2014 Report Posted July 15, 2014 We should have just picked up Marcellus Bowman. Is there a way we can pick him up too? Wild / Bowman Kuale / Kromah Bowman has not been the same since his injury. I'm not sure he could make the team now.
