gbill2004 Posted August 22, 2014 Report Posted August 22, 2014 I wear my Cory Watson jersey to work for home games, and my Bomber polo shirt for away games.
Fraser Posted August 22, 2014 Report Posted August 22, 2014 Dress code is a little strict at work. I wore my jersey over a shirt and tie before the 2011 grey cup though.
do or die Posted August 22, 2014 Report Posted August 22, 2014 Have flashed Bomber gear at work....pushing the envelope, though...
Nighthawk Posted August 22, 2014 Report Posted August 22, 2014 Being Air Force I wear a blue shirt under my combats which just happen to be the same blue as the Bomber shirts. Soooooo on game day I do wear a bomber shirt. A full jersey might be a bit much. LOL
Mike Posted August 22, 2014 Report Posted August 22, 2014 Not allowed to wear a jersey, don't own a golf shirt.
gbill2004 Posted August 22, 2014 Author Report Posted August 22, 2014 Yikes...some of you guys have some strict dress code polices at work! I work in an office environment too, but it's more relaxed here I guess. Goalie 1
bearpants Posted August 22, 2014 Report Posted August 22, 2014 I would but I never think about it.... I just quickly try to find a clean shirt and I'm out the door!
bigg jay Posted August 22, 2014 Report Posted August 22, 2014 Our dress code won't allow it but an exception is usually made on the Friday before the Grey Cup (if we are playing anyway). I just wear a blue shirt on game day.
Bomber_fanaddict Posted August 22, 2014 Report Posted August 22, 2014 I wear a jersey every game day and sometimes not even game day! Even last year!! If I have to meet a client or have meetings or something scheduled I have a royal blue dress shirt with white collar and cuffs and my gold bomber tie. Yeah I get made fun of usually lol.
GCJenks Posted August 22, 2014 Report Posted August 22, 2014 I have a couple of Bomber golf shirts and always where them to work on home game days, and often away games as well.
Captain Blue Posted August 22, 2014 Report Posted August 22, 2014 Bomber wear would interfere with my suit. Birthday suit, rather.
gbill2004 Posted August 22, 2014 Author Report Posted August 22, 2014 Bomber wear would interfere with my suit. Birthday suit, rather. Do you work in a men's bathhouse?
Brandon Posted August 22, 2014 Report Posted August 22, 2014 Somehow I work with more Rider fans then Blue fans.... it gets annoying at times
mbrg Posted August 22, 2014 Report Posted August 22, 2014 I wear Bomber gear to the office about 50% of the time because it's about 50% of the clothes I own. Jersey stays in the Bomber backpack until gametime though. Nylon tends to smell a bit ripe if it's worn all day. ALuCsRED 1
Noeller Posted August 22, 2014 Report Posted August 22, 2014 After nearly two years at a company with a strict shirt-and-tie policy, it was very freeing to go to a company with virtually no dress code. It's not a stretch to say that basically every day of the week, I wear something with a logo. Most is Bombers/Jets, but some Oilers, Hawks (Toews), Team Canada.....jerseys are game-day only. Other days a jersey-tee is okay, but jerseys ONLY come out on game day...
TBURGESS Posted August 22, 2014 Report Posted August 22, 2014 Nope. Wouldn't be useful. Not in Vancouver.
johnzo Posted August 22, 2014 Report Posted August 22, 2014 It confuses the heck out of people when Bomber game day coincides with Seahawk game day. Especially that one day they were playing the Rams and I was wearing my navy blue Roberts jersey. Lots of double takes. Mr Dee 1

I did forget about my Blue Jays gear tho...
basslicker Posted August 22, 2014 Report Posted August 22, 2014 I wear my royal blue James Murphy and my wife weras her royal blue Rick House. But we both work in professional environments in downtown Calgary so we can't wear them AT work, but only TO work.....and we throw them on at lunch, meet up, and stroll through downtown Calgary rocking the royals.
Captain Blue Posted August 22, 2014 Report Posted August 22, 2014 Bomber wear would interfere with my suit. Birthday suit, rather. Do you work in a men's bathhouse? No, just a professional nudist.
