so good that Anthony Allen is taking reps away from him?

 

Good enough to make me believe we were premature in releasing him. Just an opinion, I'm not slagging anyone. Don't panic.

Ford is too similar to Grigsby for my liking. He's an all or nothing type back. Dunno that the run game would be any better with him around.

Ford is a decent back but I agree that the struggles we see with grigsby and cotton would just be the same with ford..

In watching Ford last night vs BC his vision impressed me. I do think we cut him to soon and he'd be our best RB now.

Anthony Allen is the back I want as well Floyd. He's got decent hands out of the backfield, good blocking, great power, and his got real quick lateral movement despite being one of the biggest backs in the league

 

I doubt they'll cut him now though. Maybe Megget could be something similar for us

Bombers have never had issues with finding decent running backs, however it's been our QBs that have been the problem.  Now that we have a decent quarterback we seem to have trouble with consistency at the RB position.

 

I'll admit, I worry about this less than the former.  Just give us 80 yards a game on the ground and we can work with that.
