Noeller Posted October 31, 2014 Report Posted October 31, 2014 http://www.cjob.com/2014/10/31/blue-bombers-make-7-roster-changes-for-final-game/ The Winnipeg Blue Bombers have confirmed they’ll be making 7 roster changes for Saturday Afternoon’s regular season finale in Calgary, and 3 of those new faces will be along the Defensive Line. Activated for the 3 p.m. kickoff at McMahon Stadium are DE Marvin Booker and DT’s Glen Hickman and Deantre Harlan. (Bryant Turner Jr Photo Courtesy of Dave Darichuk) DB Demond Washington will also be returning after missing last weekend’s game with BC. WR Jerrell Jackson and RB Cameron Marshall will also make their Blue Bomber and CFL debuts while WR Brett Carter has also been activated from the Practice Roster. Sitting out the season finale will be the trio of banged up D Linemen Bryant Turner Junior, Greg Peach, and Jason Vega. Returner Troy Stoudermire and Slotback Aaron Kelly have also been placed on IR while DB Donovan Alexander has been deactivated and LB Will Smith has been released. The 680 CJOB Broadcast Team of Bob Irving, Bomber Hall of Fame Defensive Lineman Doug Brown, and reigning CFL Reporter of the Year Kirk Penton will have more on the Pre Game show starting at 1 p.m. Saturday Afternoon from McMahon Stadium.
sweep the leg Posted October 31, 2014 Report Posted October 31, 2014 Can we six game everybody who's hurt this week to save some cap space, or is there a rule against that? Also, why didn't Brohm go on the six game IR after he broke his thumb?

I'll be interested to see if Marshall gets some carries. Excited to see what he can do, if so.

Also, why didn't Brohm go on the six game IR after he broke his thumb? Can't 6-game players at this point of the season to keep teams from doing exactly that.

Those 3 stood out to me.
JuranBoldenRules Posted November 2, 2014 Report Posted November 2, 2014 I liked all 3 of the DL. Hickman has a really good motor, looks like he can play inside and outside like Turner. Couple plays he made just through sheer hustle, never quits. Booker's the best DE we've put on the field this season. Marshall runs hard, big dude.

Mr. Perfect Posted November 2, 2014 Report Posted November 2, 2014 I've always been more of a fan of a power running back. Marshall seems to have that. I really hope he's back in camp next season. Tracker 1
B-F-F-C Posted November 2, 2014 Report Posted November 2, 2014 what number was Marshall wearing? I didn't notice anyone else running the ball other than Cotton and McGuffie.

B-F-F-C Posted November 2, 2014 Report Posted November 2, 2014 Hmmmm...I'll have to rewatch the game and keep an eye out for him.

rebusrankin Posted November 2, 2014 Report Posted November 2, 2014 He had a 12 yard run and a 3 yard run I believe.

Noeller Posted November 2, 2014 Author Report Posted November 2, 2014 I was wondering who was out there in Fred Reid's number. Didn't get many touches but the one 12 yarder was solid for sure.
Mr Dee Posted November 2, 2014 Report Posted November 2, 2014 After witnessing what our last "sheriff" did, I would welcome a new Marshall in town.
