iso_55 Posted November 25, 2014 Report Posted November 25, 2014 Mo Price was a healthy scratch yesterday in favour of Eric Rogers. Calgary Sun reporting that Price was so upset he never showed up for the game & it has rubbed the organization the wrong way. He may be trade bait. The Bombers should make a trade for him.
Rod Black Posted November 25, 2014 Report Posted November 25, 2014 WHAT?! that's shocking Who did we give up?
rebusrankin Posted November 25, 2014 Report Posted November 25, 2014 What's his contract status, was he a 1+1 or 2+1 when he came up last year?
gbill2004 Posted November 25, 2014 Report Posted November 25, 2014 WHAT?! that's shocking Who did we give up? The Bombers haven't traded for him.
TrueBlue Posted November 25, 2014 Report Posted November 25, 2014 WHAT?! that's shocking Who did we give up?The Bombers haven't traded for him. Tongue, meet cheek.
TBURGESS Posted November 25, 2014 Report Posted November 25, 2014 I'd rather have Price than Bryant. I rather have Stamps than Bryant too. Noeller 1
ALuCsRED Posted November 25, 2014 Report Posted November 25, 2014 Maybe Price is trying to get to Hamilton to play (not sit) with Grigsby.
The Unknown Poster Posted November 25, 2014 Report Posted November 25, 2014 Don't want this guy anywhere near our team. comedygeek 1
iso_55 Posted November 25, 2014 Author Report Posted November 25, 2014 Price seems to get hurt feelings a lot Changed it for you.
KptKrunch Posted November 25, 2014 Report Posted November 25, 2014 I'd rather have Price than Bryant. I rather have Stamps than Bryant too. I'd rather have Stamps than Price or Bryant - though make no mistake, Stamps is no where near the receiver he was a couple years back. He won't be any different than Bryant is.
The Unknown Poster Posted November 25, 2014 Report Posted November 25, 2014 An ignorant, immature player. Keep him away. Talent or no talent.
Blueandgold Posted November 25, 2014 Report Posted November 25, 2014 There's no chance that anyone gives up anything for Price and his ridiculous contract sweep the leg 1

You'd rather have Stamps over Bryant....but he's no different then Bryant. ...I...what?
TBieber Posted November 25, 2014 Report Posted November 25, 2014 That would be one heck of an expensive receiving corps. Price is a skilled receiver, but you would have issues getting him to use them all for 10 games, let alone 18.

Price is a good but not great receiver with attitude problems, a high contract and injury concerns. I'd pass on him.

We should much rather try and get the guy who led the league in receiving yards last year. What was his name? Schlamps? Schtramps? Smfafmps?
mbrg Posted November 25, 2014 Report Posted November 25, 2014 I'd rather have Price than Bryant. I rather have Stamps than Bryant too. Let's save time - we'd rather have all the receivers better than Bryant than Bryant.
Floyd Posted November 25, 2014 Report Posted November 25, 2014 Mo price would help this team but maybe wait for him to get cut... And any fa rec will be exp - jackson will cost 200k John chiles might be the only 'deal' I see out there - otherwise, we just look for a prospect

Fatty Liver Posted November 25, 2014 Report Posted November 25, 2014 This from Fred Stamps. "This will probably be my last game as an Eskimo.” Story coming @edmontonjournal #eskimos #CFL #yeg #ejlive

Stamps doesn't take the dumb penalties that Bryant does, and Stamps still feels he can contribute and may have something to prove - Romby is riding out the string. Personally though, I think both are done, but Stamps will do no worse than Romby did this past season, Romby will be worse.
