Here is the report: with CNN and the Ferguson chief of police stating the distance:

So this blogger is part of the "news crew" you referred to earlier.  It's obvious some of the initial media briefings had some mistakes which isn't unusual but the fact remains that the Grand Jury was given a diagram that showed the distance was almost 153" from the police SUV to Brown's body. Did you even look at that crime scene diagram? The fatal shots were not fired by the police SUV. As well, there was blood found further down the street which proves that Brown was moving towards Wilson when the fatal shots were fired. And please ignore the eye witness testimony and read the forensics. There are a lot of studies about how unreliable eye witness testimony is and this case is a textbook example of that. Countless witness statements with so many discrepancies they are pretty much useless. Just out of curiosity, have you read any of the actual Grand Jury transcripts?

You're right Spuds. It has nothing to do with it. Personal, I hope Sam gets a shot with the Als or any other team.

On another completely unrelated topic...the Beatles broke up.

Ouch! Making a comment like that on the day after the anniversary of John Lennon's murder is bad timing.

It was 34 years ago...I think we can stop mourning now.

Typical yoko, trying to deflect conversation from the real story..

What movie is that from.  I saw Mr. T.  Was that Taxi?

DC Cab

Yes, thank you.  That's the one I meant.  I saw it when I was a teen.  For some reason I always think that movie was called Taxi, like the TV show.
