BigBlue Posted December 15, 2014 Report Posted December 15, 2014 Any body following how his year has gone? How about other 1st year CFLers down there?
Tracker Posted December 15, 2014 Report Posted December 15, 2014 What the hell is an "Enoch"? It's right after a " D-noch" and just before a " F-noch".

SPuDS Posted December 15, 2014 Report Posted December 15, 2014 Good to see him getting in lots of games and action.. Shame cuz I doubt he will be back in the cfl for a long time.. Well, shame for the cfl but exceptional for him

Well, shame for the cfl but exceptional for him it's a special teams position where there is a lot of competition every year to take his job. Big test is next offseason to see how long he is down in the NFL.
SPuDS Posted December 15, 2014 Report Posted December 15, 2014 Yea thats very true... Always new drafted.younger talent ready to push for jobs.. I think he can handle the competition tho.. Too smart and too sound a player to not at least have a very good chance..
Rich Posted December 15, 2014 Report Posted December 15, 2014 The problem for Henoc in the NFL with the Special Teamers is that GMs will always want to give precedence to their draft picks to not only give them playing time to develop but will favor them because they invested a draft pick on them. You have to be an absolute beast to stay on as a special team player. If you are equal or only marginally better, they will keep the draft pick over you. Politics come into play. SPuDS 1

Henoc is currently a roster spot placeholder. If he doesn't play his way up the depth chart, his name will be one of the ones on the expendable short list when the Colts acquire someone they consider more interesting. But Cory Greenwood turned Chiefs special teams player into a 4 year career in the NFL before the bubble burst for him. Every team has a slightly different personnel situation. Muamba may survive on the bubble for a long time.
Atomic Posted December 15, 2014 Report Posted December 15, 2014 The Colts are also a top-tier team in the NFL. Their castoffs tend to get picked up by other teams. Even if Henoc were to lose his job with the Colts, I wouldn't expect him back in the CFL immediately.
kelownabomberfan Posted December 15, 2014 Report Posted December 15, 2014 was watching a Colts game this year and heard Muamba's name come up on a tackle made on punt coverage. I can't deny it made me sad, but on the other hand, it was good to see him making good in the big show.
