Uhhmmm. Directed at KBF cuz he and I live here???? And the weather is beautiful?

Biggest downfall to Kelowna is all the blue-haired folks from the Praries.

Isn't it too hot in the summer?  Average of plus 32 in June, July and August doesn't sound ideal.

Think of hot July days in Manitoba...without the humidity...or the wind...or the mosquitos. It's really quite ideal.

The really hot days in Winnipeg don't occur all that often.  To put things in persective, we only average 9-10 days per year over 30.  Mosquitoes have not been an issue the last few years, nor should we expect it to be this year given what little precipitation we had over the fall and winter.

I don't mind the wind - it's better than still air.  Not like we get gusts here on a day-by-day basis like St. John's
