Am I the only one that finds it hard to keep up with Discovery storylines not only episode to episode but even during single episodes I have to rewind a scene to understand what is going on. There are times that I've watched an entire episode & lost track of what went on. I really think they need to simplify what is going on. A lot of things go in each episode. Am I wrong? I didn't have any issues. There is definitely a lot happening but I think it's mostly logical. Logan007 1
JCon Posted October 20, 2019 Report Posted October 20, 2019 Episode 2: Season 2 of Short Treks is out. All I'll say is "Tribbles". 😂

I find discovery seems like a 20 episode story played out over 15 episodes. They’re so determined to get from one big plot point to the next they forget to just tell the story. The Unknown Poster Posted November 2, 2019 Author Report Posted November 2, 2019 Brent Spiner noted at a recent appearance that the Data we see in the trailers is not the final version as they did not have time to tweak it in post production. So all the people complaining about how he looked can relax. Personally I thought he looked perfectly fine. FrostyWinnipeg 1

But that’s reality. I thought he looked fine without cgi tweaks if the idea is to feature him using make up as best they can vs not using him at all.

SpeedFlex27 Posted November 2, 2019 Report Posted November 2, 2019 Amazing how Leonard Nimoy cut the mould & set the standard for how Vulcans should be played but for Brent Spiner's Data as well.

The Unknown Poster Posted November 23, 2019 Author Report Posted November 23, 2019 Speaking of Star Trek This surprises me. I figured with the reunification of trek under CBS that they’d scrap the Kelvin Universe
