FrostyWinnipeg Posted April 5, 2015 Report Posted April 5, 2015 Game story so far... 1. Must win game 2. Toby out(day-to-day), Chairot in 3. Minn lost 3 in a row. Game time is 7PM/TSN3. T-4 Orbiter transfers from ground to internal power And for added luck, it's time to bring back Achillies! Fanatics! My brothers of the hockey stick! I would rather blog with you than sit with the thousands in attendance! Let no one forget how menacing we are. We are Jets! Do you know what's waiting beyond this game? 2nd place in the Wild Card race Take it! It's yours! See you in the chat room. johnzo, Brandon Blue&Gold and Mark F 3
gbill2004 Posted April 5, 2015 Report Posted April 5, 2015 If Toby is in fact out, that's a pretty huge loss.
Rich Posted April 5, 2015 Report Posted April 5, 2015 Apparently Toby is only a semi competent backup Mark F, FrostyWinnipeg, SPuDS and 1 other 4
The Unknown Poster Posted April 6, 2015 Report Posted April 6, 2015 Pavs starts. Enstrom skated at end of practice.
IC Khari Posted April 6, 2015 Report Posted April 6, 2015 The hunt for the "Wild" card begins in earnest tonight! FrostyWinnipeg 1
ALuCsRED Posted April 6, 2015 Report Posted April 6, 2015 Anyone from here at the game tonight? I am. FrostyWinnipeg and Mark F 2
Jacquie Posted April 7, 2015 Report Posted April 7, 2015 Anyone from here at the game tonight? I am. Sounds like quite a few made the trip.
Mr. Perfect Posted April 7, 2015 Report Posted April 7, 2015 Very concerning the amount of odd man rushes we are giving up with a 2-0 lead. That's not sound defensive hockey considering there's currently seven minutes left in the third.
FrostyWinnipeg Posted April 7, 2015 Author Report Posted April 7, 2015 ^ This is what Pav did tonight! Mark F and Atomic 2
Mr. Perfect Posted April 7, 2015 Report Posted April 7, 2015 ^ This is what Pav did tonight! But...but...but....he's out of position!! FrostyWinnipeg, Mark F, Noeller and 3 others 6
Jaxon Posted April 7, 2015 Report Posted April 7, 2015 Well, my heart still works. Great to see this dig down when they need to.
Mr. Perfect Posted April 7, 2015 Report Posted April 7, 2015 A very fortunate 2-0. Pardy was brutal tonight, especially in the second period. That turnover midway through while the Jets were on the penalty kill was horrendous.
The Unknown Poster Posted April 7, 2015 Report Posted April 7, 2015 Keep proving me wrong. Big question now is, who starts tomorrow. I say pavs.
New_Earth_Mud Posted April 7, 2015 Report Posted April 7, 2015 A very fortunate 2-0. Pardy was brutal tonight, especially in the second period. That turnover midway through while the Jets were on the penalty kill was horrendous. Horrible
Mr. Perfect Posted April 7, 2015 Report Posted April 7, 2015 Keep proving me wrong. Big question now is, who starts tomorrow. I say pavs. Kind of a damned if you do, damned if you don't situation. Pavelec has awful numbers in back to backs, but how do you sit a guy that played as well as he did tonight? That sends a pretty brutal message if you're a coach.
johnzo Posted April 7, 2015 Report Posted April 7, 2015 Big question now is, who starts tomorrow. I say pavs. Pavs. There is no way you take him off the ice right now. Ducky 1
Brandon Posted April 7, 2015 Report Posted April 7, 2015 A very fortunate 2-0. Pardy was brutal tonight, especially in the second period. That turnover midway through while the Jets were on the penalty kill was horrendous. In fairness Perreault , Myers and Stuart twice had some horrendous giveaways in the last 5 minutes....
Goalie Posted April 7, 2015 Report Posted April 7, 2015 Pav was awesome and will start tomorrow too. Was it perfect? Nope but we won and that's all that matters

New_Earth_Mud Posted April 7, 2015 Report Posted April 7, 2015 Hard to win these games. Got 2 clean points.
Floyd Posted April 7, 2015 Report Posted April 7, 2015 Chiarot had a really nice game, like that pairing of Myers and Chiarot. Frolik, Perrault and Stafford looked great. Still would rather see Buff on the third line instead of Stempniak when he gets back. Watching some of LA and Vancouver... still waiting for someone to throw a real hit. Vancouver is going to get annihilated in the playoffs.
