Watched this and most of the stuff was kinda "meh" for me, but whatever The Rock and Ryan Reynolds have going on piqued my interest.... looking forward to that one.

So the latest Bond film is having its release delayed yet again, now to Oct. 8.

So the title "No time To die" is sort of appropriate.

well this was actually a fun franchise, I still remember when Disney Adventures promoted it like crazy and even did the comics (even if Disney Adventures did come back from the dead it would be exclusively digital, and talking more about the MCU more than anything)

indie sci fi movies very good

the endless netflix.... unsettling

"If you have a good idea, a strong cast, a smart script, and directorial chops, you don't need a lot of money to make a compelling movie. "The Endless" is proof. Overseen by the filmmaking team of Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead—who specialize in brainy meta-horror, and who star as brothers who decide to revisit the UFO cult where they grew up—this is a movie that plays with our perceptions of time, space, and reality, and sketches the outlines of unimaginable terror while leaving the details to our imagination. "

monsters  free on youtube

Monsters is a 2010 British science-fiction horror film written and directed by Gareth Edwards in his feature-film directorial debut. Edwards also served as the cinematographer, production designer, and visual effects artist. Monsters takes place years after a NASA probe crashed in Mexico, which led to the sudden appearance of giant tentacled monsters. It follows Andrew Kaulder (Scoot McNairy), an American photojournalist tasked with escorting his employer's daughter Samantha Wynden (Whitney Able) back to the United States by crossing through Mexico's "Infected Zone" where the creatures reside.

the signal .... remarkable movie also unsettling

Zach Snyder's Justice League is out on Crave.  It's a whopping 4 hours long but I powered through it this afternoon.  Without going into details, I enjoyed it more than the original but was still a bit disappointed.

it's DC, so it's going to be a mostly boring bag of farts.....I maintain they haven't really done anything of value since the Dark Knight trilogy....

I really wish they would do some Constantine stuff... the really gritty ****** up **** from Hellblazer.

Ha! I started it two nights ago, saw four hours and assumed that included a documentary.

I'm an hour in, so far. I'm not sure what the reward is for making it through a longer version of a painfully brooding movie but I will find out.
