Atomic Posted May 1, 2015 Report Posted May 1, 2015 I don't know if anyone else here used Grooveshark regularly but it was pretty sweet. Basically you could just stream any song you wanted for free, make playlists, etc. I never felt like it would be around forever but this is pretty unfortunate. http://www.bbc.com/news/technology-32547376
sweep the leg Posted May 1, 2015 Report Posted May 1, 2015 I thought it died years ago. It's not surprising they got shut down.
bigg jay Posted May 1, 2015 Report Posted May 1, 2015 I'm pretty sure it did go down before but popped back up.
Atomic Posted May 1, 2015 Author Report Posted May 1, 2015 I thought it died years ago. It's not surprising they got shut down. No, I knew it was only a matter of time. But it's too bad.
Mark F Posted May 1, 2015 Report Posted May 1, 2015 Grooveshark was very good. sorry to see that go. But if they were not paying writers and performers..... no go. I wonder how much the performers get from songs recorded in the fifties. Probably nothing.
Mark H. Posted May 3, 2015 Report Posted May 3, 2015 There goes my best source of songs for history class. Back to you tube...
